Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and convenient access to city attractions. However, many express dissatisfaction with the lack of on-site reception, unhelpful or absent staff, and poor cleanliness in rooms and common areas. Breakfast is frequently criticized for its limited selection and being served in a different hotel. Several guests report uncomfortable beds and noise issues, while a few mention positive experiences with parking and value for price. Overall, the negatives outweigh the positives, but the location remains a strong point.
