Sandos Playacar Beach Resort is an all-inclusive white sand beach resort hotel with a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea. Built in 2004, the resort complex has 19 buildings and towers, and nine swimming pools. The hotel’s amenities include 24-hour front desk and concierge services offering tour and ticket assistance, dry cleaning and laundry services, as well as porter and bellhop services. A multilingual staff is on hand to facilitate communication in English, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Because the Sandos Playacar Beach Resort is all-inclusive, all buffet and à la carte meals, snacks, and beverages are included in the room price (some restrictions may apply). Gratuities and taxes are also included. There is 24-hour room service and an in-room minibar (all beverages are included). Guests are invited to enjoy the spa services, health and beauty treatments, Turkish bath, hair salon, and fitness facilities.

Sandos Playacar Beach Resort has a large variety of water and land activities, as well as free lessons and classes. A short 10-minute bike ride away is Playa del Carmen’s famous 5th Avenue which offers great shopping, dining, and coffee shops. Guests seeking to discover the history and culture of the area can visit the ancient Mayan city of Coba or the ruins of Chichen Itza.

All guest rooms have air conditioning, 32-inch plasma TV with Satellite TV channels, ceiling fan, coffee maker, ironing board, blackout curtains, turndown service, daily housekeeping and a private bathroom with hairdryer and free toiletries.
