Virgin's standard ticket has 23kg luggage included. What is the problem with a ticket bought online through agents such as BYOJet and Kayak?"

Two tiny closet bathrooms in the back for all of coach and a much larger one much larger one first class (which is like 5 rows with a mesh curtain for separation). The coach bathrooms are so small a normal person can barely get in and turn around to close the door. I question whether a larger person would be able to actually use them. I also saw the flight attendant actively turn away coach passengers trying to use the first class bathroom when it was open (not standing in the aisle or anything annoying like that). That's ridiculous to have 2 tiny bathrooms for all of coach and also to make people walk all the way to the back of the plane when you are seated much closer to the first class bathroom."

We were re-booked on connecting flights different then the one we originally booked and weren't even notified. They have a Delta app, but it doesn't even work right. Unless you physically go to the gate to check to see if the flight is on time, that is the only was to find out if you are re-booked onto a different flight or not. I have never flown an airline that re-books you on a different flight when they feel like it. I wouldn't recommend Delta Airlines to my worse enemy!"

I went to the airport and indeed it had arrived and for some reason it was returned to Atlanta. After endless calls and conversations I got my luggage that evening. It was very inconveniencing. Worst experience of my life. Never again."

This includes my wife, also using a scooter."

Cons: "I showed up 2 hrs before the flight. Was told the flight from Toronto to Minn was delayed 30 minutes and go stand in line to speak to an agent. There were approx 20 in line yet only 2 gate agents at 4:30pm. One of the gate agents kept helping the Premium members and bypassing the standard line. The other agent was in a coma as his average person at counter was 10 min. Finally get to counter and they hand me a boarding pass going via Salt Lake in 30 minutes. But has a 3 hrs layover in SL. I then get to US Custom check for US residents re-entering and the line was a good 30 minute wait. You would think the Delta folks would have accounted for that line. I had to ask everyone in front of them if I could skip in front as the plane was now departing in 10 min. I had to then run on a bum knee and was the last to board. The agent at gate was saying we were calling your name but did they think I could have been stuck in customs? On that short of a window they should have walked me through Customs to make sure I got on a flight they wanted me to take versus my scheduled flight."

Highly disappointed."

Guys, you really need to do something about this, because during the whole flight I had people standing next to me while queuing to go to the toilets. So, I was 12 hours with people next to my seat, watching me all the time and pushing the back of my seat while they made their way through the queue waiting for their turn to go to the toilet. Terrible situation having people queuing next to my seat and hearing the flushing sounds the whole flight."

Aeromexico could have waited a few mins for me as they knew I had arrived from London but didn't wait for me so I was rather annoyed by this. Aeromexico even agreed with me that the airport was overly busy so I think they should have accounted for this. To top it off I found out later that the connection flight had been delayed so not impressed,I'm sure they could have got me on board."

Aeromexico was NOT understanding at all. Their only offer was a 1 year voucher from the time I purchased my ticket. I purchased my ticket in October 2015 (before the Zika outbreak and before being pregnant) and I will still be pregnant in October 2016 so that voucher is completely useless to me. I basically lost $900. Even though I repeatedly tried to explain my situation to customer service and had a letter from my doctor it didn't matter they just repeated their voucher line over and over. Needless to say I will NEVER purchase airline tickets from Aeromexico again and that is a real shame for them because I have a timeshare in Mexico which I plan on enjoying with my growing family for years to come."

A horrible experience in customer service. I have complained directly to Aeromexico but naturally have received no response."

Cons: "Background info: we flew from Dublin to Toronto (Aer Lingus) and we were supposed to fly Toronto to Los Angeles on American Airlines; however, we had a British Airways flight number for both of these flights. We missed our connecting flight in Toronto with American Airlines (we had a 2 hour layover) despite landing on-time (de-boarded a few minutes late). I suggest avoiding the Toronto airport ALWAYS as every passenger must pick up his/her luggage even if you have a connecting flight, and then re-check the baggage with the next flight. Apparently the baggage handlers were on strike and some of the customs agents as well which added to the delays. Well, after going through Canadian customs and picking up our luggage (which took quite awhile) we arrived at the American Airlines ticketing kiosk about 45 minutes before our flight. The computer told us we were too late for this flight and to see a representative. We proceeded to wait in line for an American Airlines representative only to be told this was Aer Lingus' fault (we had just flown with them); even though we had a BA flight number.. After searching for an Aer Lingus representative we were finally told they were probably all on the Aer Lingus flight that was currently about to leave. An Aer Lingus representative was paged to the ticketing counter (took well over 30 minutes for anyone to show up) and what proceeded was an argument (for well over an hour) between British Airways and Aer Lingus representatives about whose responsibility it was to re-book us. After an hour at least of poor customer service, we were finally rebooked by British Airways on the last flight to LAX (on Air Canada). Moral of the story: avoid Toronto and fly direct."

Cons: "I called customer service to ask questions about the meal options, and for both flights (14.5 hrs) they signed me up for the wrong meals! The staff on the first flight was extremely rude and unhelpful, and refused to let me eat any of the extra meals. Making matters worse, I had asked customer service when I called if they sell food on the flight, which I was told yes. This turned out to be untrue. I had to survive the 14.5 hour flight by only eating 3 tiny bags of pretzels. I sent an email to customer service to complain about this (can't do this over the phone), and didn't hear back for more than a month. On my return international flight, I was AGAIN signed up for the wrong meal (vegan) even though I specifically went over my dietary preference (vegetarian, eats eggs and dairy). Then my luggage was left in Vancouver while I made my way to Sydney, so I had to wear the same clothes for over 72 hrs while the airline "apologized" with giving me only $50. I finally got someone to respond to my complaints when I tweeted them, and their response was that I selected the vegan food option...NOPE, and that's not an apology. I will not fly them again. (PS: they don't give eye masks or toothbrush/toothpaste on international flights even though other airlines do, and their selection of movies/TV shows is about half of other airlines)"

The people at the gate were unbending and I'm so disappointed that it is more important to you to make money than help non-profit organizations. I have run Isla Animals for 15 years and have had much help from kind airlines, I won't be flying yours or recommending yours to any dog lovers."

Lost one of our ski bags coming back and one bag going to Vancouver - after 5 days missing - not our problem mate call central baggage! I had three bags coming home - I'm gold stays no excess baggage - going there we stopped overnight in Vancouver - BAM $251 excess baggage charge - they are inconsistent and won't respond to emails or phone calls. Fly United and save yourself the misery of poor service."

Instead got GTE ~ we were told by agent at baggage drop that the flight was oversold and this means we're on standby so we have to go wait by the gate because he didn't know if we would get on the plane. So we stood for 2 hrs at the front of a line with 38 other standby passengers only to be told 10 mins before boarding, when someone FINALLY showed up, that we should go sit down, they're going to call by last names and to not worry because everyone has a seat!!! Utter shambles! Couldn't someone come out and tell us this earlier??!! Rude, uncourteous, unapologetic staff. Common courtesy would see people standing in line and deal with them first! One passenger was told she should have booked earlier although she bought at the same time as us - 3 months ago! Another couple 1 week ago and another since June. So the reason given that the tickets were bought late is untrue! We asked an agent why Air Canada would oversell tickets and was told it was business! Told him this was very dishonest of Air Canada, only to get back a very rude and frankly surprising answer- "I'm sure you do dishonest things at your work too!!" Not one Air Canada employee in this whole process took the time out to treat us like paying customers, or bothered to realise we have lives to get back to. My husband works for Parliament and had to be at work the next morning and this undue stress thinking that he wouldn't get to work caused him to experience a migraine of which he is a sufferer. I have flown countless times on various air lines and have never been treated like this before. After this experience I'm seriously considering this to be the last time I ever fly with Air Canada and will definitely be sharing my experience with colleagues, friends and family. Cons: "There was a delay in the flight about 1,5 hours, although there was not an important reason for that. The weather conditions were good, so it was just a miscoordination of the company. It was also unacceptable that there was an extra 15 minutes delay due to an overload of luggage that had to be transferred to the plane. Most of the passengers, myself included, had a very tight connection in Munich and it was highly possible that we would not be able to be there in time. The crew of Air Canada was not aware of anything and they were not able to provide information about the connecting flights, although they were also operated by Air Canada. I believe it goes without saying that there should be a basic communication among your employees, especially about connecting flights, so the passengers can be informed. Finally we arrived at Munich airport 15 minutes before the connecting flight Munich to Athens. I was at my gate on time; the boarding was still available. After rushing and getting stressed to catch my flight, I found out that my ticket from Munich to Athens was canceled by Air Canada due to the initial delay in Toronto. However, nobody ever informed me about the change, which is unprofessional and unacceptable. The next available flight from Munich to Athens was the next morning. I should mention that all these happened on the 31st of December. So I was forced to spend New Year's eve alone in a hotel in Munich airport, instead of being with my family in Athens. All this was because of the irresponsibility of Air Canada, for a ticket that costed me almost $1,200. Finally, a small detail; Air Canada needs to renew the menu during the flights. It is exactly the same for a couple of years now."

The boarding experience was rushed by airport staff and the flight crew were overly abrupt with passengers on board (bathroom requests by a mom with an infant to water requests by multiple passengers)."

Cons: "I had arranged a domestic flight within Japan that would depart from Haneda about 2.5 hours after the Air Canada was scheduled to land there. BUT unfortunately the Air Canada flight departure was delayed for about that much time in Toronto due to mechanical issues. We were promised that Air Canada staff would be on hand in Tokyo to help those of us who would miss our connections. HOWEVER after getting to Tokyo (about the time my domestic flight was taking off) going through immigration and customs and then waiting in line to talk to Air Canada staff, they told me that since my connecting flight (an ANA flight to Miyazaki) had been booked by my son through the Skymark website, they were going to do absolutely nothing at all to help me--no help with arranging an alternative flight, no help finding a hotel room--nothing, absolutely nothing. They left me high and dry in a bad situation."

The entertainment systems are poor as well, both in screen resolution, controls and somewhat lacklustre programming. The business class is not good value, not because I would travel economy, but given a choice I’d pick business class on another airline."

Cons: "Air Canada changed my itinerary on the return flight with originally no stops, to one stop (a 3 hour layover in Frankfurt), and with a longer flight from Frankfurt to Toronto. I had originally booked my return flight because it was non-stop.As a consequence, I will be arriving later in YYZ. This change of itinerary was handled by Air Canada without any compensation being offered by Air Canada."

Pros: "The flight crew were excellent. They made sure we had what we needed, and they were very friendly and accommodating. The food selections also made this long flight more bearable and worthwhile. It also helped to have some movie selection options that were decent."
Cons: "There was a flight delay for about 45 minutes before we took off. Unfortunately, being in economy, there was no way to get comfortable on this flight. I will definitely make sure I get a aisle seat on a aisle that is close to the emergency door or just suck it up and get a business class seat."

Cons: "Airplane was old/outdated. Had mechanical problems, and needed to be changed. New airplane was also old/outdated."

Pros: "I liked the seats... they were comfortable"
Cons: "The call out button on the seats hold no significance in your airplane. On calling the crew even for water nobody turns up and they completely ignore you while even passing by unless you call them from the top of your lungs. I was surprised how can they ignore passenger's requests."
