Situated on the shimmering white sands near Playa Del Carmen in Mexico, Viceroy Riviera Maya is an exclusive property. The resort has been voted the #1 hotel in Mexico and been listed in the top 20 hotels in the world by Travel & Leisure. There is a long list of amenities that guests can enjoy, including beach access, a pool with sundeck, yoga and fitness classes, poolside bar, concierge services, multilingual staff, and airport transportation.

There are seven different room classifications that can be booked. The stand-alone luxury villas include private terraces, plunge pools, and outdoor showers. They have king-sized beds with Egyptian cotton bedding. The Royal Villas include a private sunbathing deck, hammocks overlooking private plunge pools, and 1,000 square feet of living space. The Signature Villas are located closer to the water and include 1,400 sq. feet of living space. Premium Villas are 1,700 square feet and are extremely private. They include butler service and spacious dressing areas. The Ocean View Villas offer picturesque views of the Caribbean coastline. For even more space, guests can book the two-level Luxury Ocean View Villa, which encompasses 2,900 square feet and affords ocean views. The property also has beachfront villas that overlook the ocean.

La Marea restaurant offers contemporary Mexican dishes with a slight Mediterranean flair. Guests can also dine at the newer option called Coral Grill which is an open-air restaurant. There are spa services available at Viceroy Riviera Maya Luxury Resort with treatments that include Phyto-dermo-cosmetic products. Guests are also in close vicinity to Chichen Itza.
