Cons (-) Not sure why asking simple things like pillows and moisturizers cant be provided. They don't seem to have seen the request. Disappointing

Pros (+) comfort of bed and staff
Cons (-) Asked to have rooms cleaned first thing in AM because I was having eye surgery and would be returning mid morning to rest. Room was not cleaned and we had to find a housekeeper to get clean towels but they did not give us many. Next morning my daughter found a roach in the shower. Front desk staff were very professional and courteous and gave us one night off our bill.

Pros (+) The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again and recommend to others. It was very clean. The pool was clean.
Cons (-) There was one staff member that was a little grumpy but I am hoping he was just having a bad day. Definitely take the hot tub warning as truth.... it gets way too hot!!!
