All rooms are a suite with a wet bar, microwave, small fridge and coffee maker.
Lighting is very poor with only lamps in the living room and bedroom. Room was cleaned late in the afternoon most of the times when we were back in the room and the maids were in a hurry to get it done not doing a great job.
Great Staff, very accomodating. Liked the Club aspect for breakfast.

Day of the Dead Stay
This was my first time ever in a hotel, the staff was nice enough to explain to me how things worked and what accommodations they had available on site. The room was well organized was clean, no one bothered us for the entire duration of the stay. We had a nice view on the fifth floor to the pool and trees, and actually we could even see towards the mountains. I had no problems checking in or out and no extra charges were added due to prepaying the room. Overall a great stay, can't wait to go again.
The only major problem I had was that in the morning for breakfast. We went to the restaurant inside of the hotel and were served by Ashley, the problem with her was that she never returned to me with my change when I had paid for the meal. Breakfast for two came out to just over $30, I paid with cash and expected to receive around $10 back. I waited for ten minutes until i finally went back to restaurants desk and asked for my change there. One of the other workers there was nice enough to correct the situation, during that time we over heard her asking Ashley: Did you keep their change again? Indicating that this incident has happened before. I received my change shortly after and the other server apologized. Ashley appeared once more before i walked out, she continued working and serving another party as if nothing had happened, never making eye contact with us even as she passed by.
