Pros: The reception, very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The young lady who signed us in is named Adriana.
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great value for money. Large & spacious room, great hot breakfast included.
Cons: parking with a trailer
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean and nice suite.
Cons: No overhang outside for checking or out that could help stop the rain. Only ice were in the refrigerators which used ice trays. Price was outrageous for this hotel. A $230 charge was not what I expected although I booked it online. Next time I will call the hotel direct when reserving a rook. Also, the TV was to small for a suit that I paid $230 a night for. Probably will not stay at this hotel again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I will stay here each time that I have to visit this area for work. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They made your feel right at home. The gym at the hotel has enough equipment for an "on the road for work" exercise routine. The desk area is more than sufficient for work related travels.
Cons: N/A
7.9 Good
Pros: I liked the staff. They were very friendly, even the hostess for breakfast. I liked the location close to my son's basketball games. The hotel and room were clean also. The breakfast was excellent also.
Cons: I was disappointed with the full kitchen. I understand why they had one and under the right circumstances it would be great, but it was not helpful this time and took away from space. The noise was horrible, room 124.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Nothing

Pros: I loved the location. It is very close to everything we might need.
Cons: I did notice that the beds were not as comfortable as the last time. It felt much harder this time. And, we kept having to wait on someone to come up to the front desk to help us; there was no one stationed at the front desk.

7.5 Good
Pros: There was a full kitchen in the suite. That was awesome.

Pros: This is a great place to stay. I have stayed here several times and it is a clean modern facility with friendly staff. Has stove top, full size frig and dishwasher, kuerig coffee pots, and everything you need to cook if you want. You pay a little more but it is a very nice place to stay.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The room was a good size and the bed was SO COMFY!!! The breakfast was amazing and we will definitely be going back!
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The room was clean and spacious if we could have enjoyed it longer.
Cons: Awful!! Took over 30 min to check in and then was given someone else's room. Walked in on someone!! Was given an extra room to accommodate us and it was also someone's room but thankfully not in there!! Finally 1 1/2 later we were settled in one room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is always nice to stay there. Desk help was polite
6.3 Good
Pros: Good location, clean rooms, and complimentary breakfast.
Cons: On the first night of our stay, the front desk attendant woke us up knocking on our door and telling us there was a mistake in our room assignment and I needed to come to the front desk with my ID to straighten things out. I gave her my ID and said I would get it back in the morning. She slid it back under the door when she was done. I think this could have been handled in a less intrusive manner.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent and the lobby was very clean.
Cons: I booked a room with double queen beds. When I called for early check in she said they do not have any rooms available with two queen beds. The receptionist booked me a king suite which had a full size sleeper sofa, but charged me more for the stay. She wouldn’t try and accommodate me with not charging extra for the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful new and clean. Breakfast was absolutely delightful and offered a lot of choices. Was absolutely amazed of the help I got at the business Center as I had a little problem with my emails, Emplyee got out of her way for 45 minutes in order for me to be able to print my documents. Next to little mall ( JC Penney, Target...), walking distance from restaurant/bar. Definitely recommend.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great and the beds were super comfy. The room was very spacious.
Cons: Service in room didn’t come everyday, only really needed the trash taken out but other than that it was a great 5 day stay.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent, the only thing missing was bananas and maybe some country gravy for the eggs.
Cons: nothing
4.2 Okay
Pros: Security guy was very helpful and the breakfast was good.
Cons: This is the dirtiest, smelliest place I have ever been too. I had booked a room for 2 nights and left the next morning. If it had not been almost 1 am when I finally arrived, I would have looked for another place to stay the first night. The hall carpet has not been cleaned in years, the AC had mold growing in it and the room felt very damp and smelled like mildew. The room floors were so dirty we would not even take our socks off. It needs a lot more than just cleaning. Our first room the door would not even unlock and we could not get in and the second room the door had to be slammed very hard just to make it shut. For the price I paid I felt like I had been robbed, DO NOT STAY HERE!!
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff was kind and courteous. Always smiling and doing what they could to help you. The bed was very comfortable in both rooms we reserved. My dad who is 82 said he hadn’t slept that good in months.
Cons: The rooms had a musty odor it was ok for the value of the room just needed some updating.

Cons: It’s expensive
6.3 Good
Pros: Loved our large room!
Cons: Elevator carpet looked pretty nasty and the breakfast was not very good. Extremely hard biscuits and dried out eggs were out both times we went to breakfast there.
7.9 Good
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly, polite and professional. They made the stay worth while.
Cons: I must tell you the odor as you walk in I can’t begin to tell you how uninviting it is. I suffer from allergies and my allergies flared immediately. It smells like a combination of mold and musty. I expect a fresh clean smell when walking into an establishment. We have not smelled this in the past when staying here. Then the rooms which we had 2 room 303 was full of mold odor my elderly father requested someone to spray some freshener which your staff was very accommodating to come and spray something that lasted about 5 minutes and the mold smell was still there very bad. My mother’s room 302 was a little better but still could smell mold. I can’t believe no other guests have commented on the mold smell. Next time we visit I would probably go to another hotel because I’m not putting my family somewhere where that mold smell is. I would sure hope you will take my suggestion and spend some money correcting this after all it is serious anytime you smell mold and your loved ones have to continue to ingest the odor.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: This was the worst location for breakfast.
Cons: I made my own bed My bathroom wasn't cleaned. It had hair in the tub. I asked for my room to be clean at the front desk 3 times and it was never cleaned once. I wanted almost two hours for a clean bath towel. Well 20 mins before i just went and got one. There was old clothes in the drawers that were nasty. Beside all that it was great.

Pros: Location.
Cons: On arrival to my room it had not been cleaned. The lady at the front counter handled it well and I was satisfied. I stopped by for a muffin and coffee in route to my room and was told I was not allowed the breakfast with food. I had to eat it there. That's was a first for me. Not happy as I was tired from working the night before.
6.3 Good
Pros: Good location, neat place, comfortable
Cons: Food was bad, possibly stale, nothing solid to eat for breakfast like eggs/sausages etc. Gave me diarrhea what ever I ate there. Pool and the water was not looking good looked like lake water, unable to see the bottom; Did not even try it; Unfinished gravel/mud lying around one spot around the pool not touched for 2 days; Charged me 15 $ per pet per day when they didn't even have to service my room for the 2 nights I stayed there

Cons: Checked in only to come back to my room later that night and had somebody else in it. No other rooms were available so slept in vehicle out in the parking lot overnight. Pros: Comfortable. Nice to have microwave and fridge in the room. I would give the breakfast 4/5 stars. The most frustrating thing for me was that only one washing machine worked. Another guest trying to use it told me she had been there a month before and it was broken then also. One washing machine for the whole hotel!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Price for room
Cons: There was a smell in the lobby smelled like mold.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: They have yet to fully repair after Harvey. The place smells like mold. There were water stains on the walls in the bathroom. The bathroom fan leaked water, everything metal had rust on it. The bed felt so uncomfortable. Not worth the money.
6.3 Good
Pros: The rooms were clean
Cons: The property reaped of mold. The were doing reconstruction so the property was a mess outside and the receptionist was very rude about the accommodations
4.2 Okay
Pros: Did not have breakfast
Cons: the hotel smelled of mold badly - I had to check out as it was affecting my breathing
6.7 Good
Cons: The smell to the room and the carpet was wet so were the sheets
5.8 Okay
Pros: The room was decent the amenities were good..
Cons: The remodeling be done during our stay. between the guys remodeling and cleaning staff with there carts everywhere we had a hard time getting around the hotel. The hotel smelled of mildew throughout and the bathroom in our room was not cleaned properly. There was long dark hair matted to the wall behind the door and the mirror had redrum previously written on it and was visible with the steam of the shower.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The included breakfast was one of the best I've had at this level of accommodation. There was good range of choices. The bed was very comfortable, too. And the TV remote worked! (That's rarer than it should be.)
Cons: They're redecorating the place (Aug '19), so there is a touch of paint smell hanging about - that will change, obviously. Weirdly, the car park lighting is exactly at the level of the third floor windows, and point towards the building. So if you'd like to be woken by the sun with open curtains, forget it.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfest,nice cozy bed.

Pros: We rebooked because we have stayed there several times and they give a discount.
