I trusted Kayak so when I booked thru their site and saw changes are refundable, I believed it. The company proved to be impossible reach and would not return calls. Phone number connects to a call center who simply takes your request but doesn’t act on it. Beware of who you book thru!!!

Pros (+) Loved how clean it was, the staff was super friendly. We both got a free drink for waiting a little extra for our room, our room was spectacular. Valet staff were great too. The overall stay was awesome!!!
Cons (-) The bed was a little uncomfortable. But that's the only complaint from us.
