Pros (+) Denise, the person at the front desk tried doing everything she could to finding my a room after they lost my reservation when they changed to a new system!
Cons (-) They must have know about losing my reservation because they tried explaining what happened when I walked in at 10:00 pm and gave them my name without looking in their system. They had my call number but didn't bother to call and warn me. Ended up getting a different room from my reservation. I am still waiting for a phone call from the manager Courtney. Also, the hot tub and ice maker on our floo...

Pros (+) To be in the middle of nowhere the hotel was actually very nice. The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice.
