Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central and convenient location, making it ideal for exploring the city. However, many reviews highlight negative experiences with the staff, describing them as unfriendly or unhelpful. Breakfast is frequently criticized for its low quality and limited options. Several guests mention uncomfortable beds and issues with noise, especially in older rooms or due to poor soundproofing. While the location is a major advantage, improvements in service, breakfast, and comfort are needed.
