Pros: The cleanliness, the attention to detail in the hotel itself, the staff's attentiveness to our needs, the terrace on the roof where the restaurant and bar is is truly breathtaking! The owner Luigi has spent his life at the hotel, previously working for his parents and now for himself, and it shows.
Cons: Air con in our room would have been nice, but that's being very picky as the rooms were cool enough to sleep and this was at the start of August!

Pros: Great staff and service! Most amazing free breakfast. Best we had over our 2 weeks in Europe. Cant say enough about their hospitality. Bus stop right in front of hotel was so convenient. You can even buy tickets from the front desk. Bus takes you right to Positano city center. Beware, it gets crowded but for $1.30, it cant be beat. Hotel shuttle also great but not a whole lot to do in Priano. This was the last leg of our trip so it was just what we were looking for...Relaxation! We will return for sure!

Pros: Praiano is a wonderful little village and strategically positioned on the Amalfi Coast between Positano and Amalfi. The view and scenery from the hotel pool. Breakfast was also of top quality and with lots of choice. Staff was helpful and kind.
Cons: Minor things but the air conditioning in the room is a bit too noisy and rooms noise insulation overall not so good. The pool should also be looked after/cleaned more/more regularly.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: My husband and I loved it here! It is just close enough to Positano but far enough to have an intimate getaway. The hotel is gorgeous! And staff is extremely friendly. We also had the hotel reserve a boat tour to Capri for $190 for two people. It was amazing. We can’t wait to come back!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully decorated rooms. Really comfortable bed. Easy to get around using the lift. Spectacular views from our room which was a room with a terrace.
Cons: Multiple ants on the terrace which meant we didn’t really enjoy our view from outside. A blasé attitude towards honeymoon couples which was a shame. Breakfast has a limited selection of warm food but was adequate with a large selection of pastries. Freshly cut fruit had many flies around which was also a shame.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Perfect place for a summer gettaway, the hotel is clean, comfortable, great staff and has incredible views. The restaurant, even if it wasnt amazing food, provided an extra layer of convenience and we gladly used it more than once. The parking for the car made a lot of difference, as it's not easy to find parking in the Amalfi coast during high season.
Cons: Nothing really. Expensive hotel, but it paid off.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous outlook! Amazing restaurant! Sublime!
Cons: Bathroom a little too small!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great view on a harbour, clean and pleasant room
Cons: There is no direct beach access. Yes, it’s a short walk to the public one, though it’s tiny and extremely crowded.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great, room was really clean with a fantastic view of the bay. The reception staff were particularly helpful and informative. You can take your cocktails/drinks into the pool as they're in plastic glasses while also drinking in the beautiful view!
Cons: Restaurant staff could have been a little bit more like the reception staff who were very friendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location Restaurant
Cons: Liked it all
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Amazing hotel on the cliff edge. Great room, nice bar and pool. Decent breakfast and friendly service. Nice location with a great spot for lunch at the bottom, and a cove around the corner.
Cons: The bar was not always open, and we were charged a daily rate for parking our car.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was delicious and offered many options. Location was beautiful with outstanding views.
Cons: Made to order eggs might have been nice.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location was fantastic! Beautiful cathedral just down the road and easy access down some steps to the beach. Also a Tabacchi shop close by to buy Sita bus tickets for Amalfi or Positano/Sorrento and three bus stops very close by. The hotel itself was very clean and spacious and the terrace bar and restaurant offered beautiful views and delicious food.
Cons: The beds/pillows were a little firm for my liking but generally comfortable. I also paid quite a lot however I only booked in June for a stay in July (peak season), worth it but I would recommend booking earlier so not as expensive
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location in front of bus stop. Across the street from the church. Beach is small.

7.5 Good

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was just amazing!!! Starting with the view from our balcony. We were in heaven watching the sea every moment of the day! Thank you!!!! The mother which was there every morning was so nice always ready to help us. The daughter who was there mostly during the evening was also super Nice! And we can't forget our morning guy the super nice Enzo who made the best capuccinosssss(Because we had few) . The breakfast was soooooo good..with so many items to choose from. Grazie ancora per tutto Enzo ! We also enjoyed our two evening meals on the terrace..the view is once again just wow!!! And really enjoyed the choice of music ( Good vibe). We just loved Hotel le Fioriere for the family that run the place, the food and the quiet location but yet not far from Amalfi and Positano. Grazie mile per I 4 belli giorni!
Cons: We only stayed 4 nights!!!!
5.8 Okay
Pros: Good location; small but dedicated garage (staff will let you double-park if no place is available); very clean
Cons: Oh where do I even begin?!.. 1) The room is entirely blue- as if someone threw up blew all over it. Bathroom included. Just no. There is stylish, and then there is tacky/ trying too hard. 2) no actual blanket. That dog-sized blue (obviously) thing that is being passed off as a blanket in the closet? Not even enough to cover a medium to large sized dog. 3) bath tub is very narrow at the base- an actual fall hazard. 4) the sea view that you pay extra for? Yes, you get it. Along with a prime view of another hotel’s swimming pool, that’s in between you and the bay. 5) very important: when we checked in, the staff kept our passports! Not took photos and such, but actual passports! Which were stored in an OPEN SPACE the entire time, given that the concierge left the reception area quite frequently. So literally anyone can walk up and grab your passport. Which, you know, is illegal and all... Hard pass. 6) most importantly, and this has nothing to do with hotel per se, nobody tells you how legitimately life-threateningly dangerous and long the trek is. Just be ready for over an hour of twists and turns, along the side of insane Italian moped and motorbike drivers. On a cliff. It’s an experience you’re unlikely to forget- but probably for the wrong reasons. Just a fair warming.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: free breakfast included in a very favorable rate compared to other places to stay . The biggest plus was the wonderful family who personally manage this property from "Mom" who was there every morning to a great son and daughter and nephew who work everywhere from the desk to the excellent restaurant to the beautiful rooftop bar. They always were willing to provide information and assist with any request. They all made us feel a part of their family and we would definitely return to this great place in a wonderful part of Southern Italy!
Cons: Haing to leave!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location. Amazing views. Everyone is super friendly and easy going. Fully recommend and will defo go back!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast buffet, large comfortable room, amazing view from rooftop bar.

Pros: The Villa is beautiful and private, There are not many apartments so it is peaceful. The jacuzzi and pool are great and views are amazing. The staff is also super welcoming and helpful
Cons: The stairs to reach the apartment are a little difficult, if you are a young couple it is fine however for older couples it may be a bit difficult.

Pros: Beautiful views, very friendly and helpful staff and a very peaceful setting. It was close to all the restaurants and bars, and the nearby beach (One Fire) was amazing. We would love to come back!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast buffet with fresh fruit juice and cappuccino. Awesome to have an access to swimming pool.
Cons: There were 200 steps of stairs to take to the villa. It may be difficult for older people to get up and down from the main road to villa.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: If you are staying in Praiano this is the place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Very cozy enviroment. Breathtaking views from the villa. Great breakfast.
Cons: Lots of steps, but the view is worth it, and you can eat more pasta!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was amazing! The best breakfast we'd ever had at a hotel. The food was brilliant, varied, traditional and healthy. Breakfast views were also beautiful- overlooking the Amalfi coast and a view of Positano!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Villa has magnificent views of the Amalfi Coast from the rooms, pool and breakfast areas. The breakfast itself was amazing each day with home made food and the home made jams were also great. The hosts could not do enough for us, they arranged restaurant bookings, a tour to Pompeii and offered plenty of advise for other things to do. We did not want to leave, what an awesome stay. Thank you very much.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: So wonderful, we stayed in the apartment and it was the perfect space for our family and the owners were fantastic hosts! We were also able to book the boat tour through the hotel and everyone agreed it was the highlight of our trip!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the staff, the breakfasts and of course that beautiful ocean view. It was all magnificent.
Cons: It's not that we didnt like it but a warning for older travellers or ones with kids, the walk back up from the shops or main street is steep with alot of steps involved!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great service provided by the hosts with nothing we asked being too difficult for them. Amazing views and location also!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The manager went "above and beyond'" to help us. After four days, we left with many good memories.
7.0 Good
Pros: The view
Cons: not easily accessible...too many steps
7.7 Good
Pros: The view!! What a view. We stayed in the Junior Suite with a little private garden. Breakfast is servd on a patio with a great view as well. It was great. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Giacomo suggested a few restaurants and even resereved a table for us at La Strada on our first night. It was excellent. The room is comfortable and has air-conditioning. We really enjoyed our stay!
Cons: Nothing. Everything was great. It didn't bother us at all, but be warned. The 200 steps to the hotel can be exhaustive, if you have a lot of luggage.
6.7 Good
Pros: Lovely garden terrace, with deck chairs looking over the sea. Nice marble bathroom. Staff couldnt have been more helpful and welcoming. Made restaurant reservations for us, helped plan our trip to airport, etc. etc.
Cons: No. A long climb up to the hotel from beach or main street, but even though we were not particularly fit, it was very do-able. And fantastic views from hotel made up for it
5.3 Okay
Pros: The staff and ambiance of the hotel were superb! Very helpful and friendly staff and some of the best capucinos we've ever had. We even enjoyed the steps involved getting to and from the hotel. (Not for the weak-of-heart, 200m the 40 steps down OR 220 steps from the village up-- to get to the beach from the village it was another 400 or so steps, lost count after a while, but quite the scenery and quite enjoyable). The view was quite good, although a bit overstated on the web-site.
Cons: Mosquitos could be a problem, in the area although at the hotel they were quite kind as to provide repellants for the room so we had no problem! Our bathroom had a bit of a mold problem.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: unique atmosphere; great staff, beautiful view
Cons: location can be difficult to find and navigate
6.4 Good
Pros: The views were fantastic and very peaceful surroundings, the stairs were tough but worth it when you got to the top.
Cons:

Cons:
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent, warm and friendly staff at the Villa Il Frantoio, clean, well maintained and well equipped rooms. Spectacular scenary and surrounding.
Cons:
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The views from the hotel are spectacular and the atmposphere is very peaceful. The hotel (including the romm, bathroom and terrace) is beautiful, recently renovated, and very tastefully designed. We had a great time at Villa Il Frantoio and strongly recommend it.
Cons: The hotel is not suited for people who have trouble climbing stairs. However, if this is not an issue (and it wasn't for us), it is an excellent accommodation option.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were exceptionally happy with this tiny establishment. Our room was the most beautiful retreat. I loved the peace and quiet, the gardens, the sun chairs along the cliff. The staff was 100% on top of anything we needed and extremely friendly and accommodating. We hope to head back next year and Raj and Francisca will hopefully be there to greet us again! We miss it already.
Cons: Only down side is our bed was uncomfortable but I am sure they will fix it. They seem be very sensitive to any recommendations and helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is an absolute gem. we had a large room/suite with large terrace and stunning views of the sea, surrounding villages and mountains. Casa Privata is a very charming small hotel with romantic gardens and terrace for breakfast, drinks and dinner. To reach the sea and some small plateaus with sunbeds, you have to go down (and climb up again) lots of stairs. Respect for the carriers who brought our luggage from the little town of Praiano down to the hotel. So many many stairs! we had to get used to that but fortunately we are quite fit. This means that the location is absolutely not suitable for people who have difficulties in walking. We also liked the quite town of Praiano, which was very welcome after the crazy tourist hustle of Positano and Amalfi. Restaurant tips: La Strada and Il Pirata, just outside the village.
Cons: There are 4 rooms on the topfloor which have access to the large terrace. It will be more private to place more adequate (green) partitions. It is less bothering if you hear your neighbours then to see them.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The venue and facilities are fabulous.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful boutique hotel, ideal for people who like elegance, peace, personal service and design.
Cons: The garden rooms are not ideal - they should really be a “garden cottage” with a room and a living room. They are not sound proof and should have a window.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the location, we loved the hotel, we loved the staff, what a beautiful place to which we will try and come back. Highly recomandable!!!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were 10/10 in their service and genuinely made our stay all the greater. Fantastic
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was the most divine boutique hotel. Everything about this place was well considered with lots of comfort and beauty surrounding. We will return.
Cons: be aware that there are many many steps and you need to be fit to handle them. Weather you are arriving by water or by road, there are many steps.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is something different than the other hotels on the Amalfi coast. We stayed in 4 hotel including Capri this outshine the others by a mile. Their private beach is incredible!!
Cons: Breakfast is like all the other breakfasts in Italy - they are so far behind other countries in comparison to international standards.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ca Pa' provides a sanctuary where you can truly relax away from the tourist crowds in the Amalfi Coast. The feel is the one of a private house, you will enjoy beautiful gardens, a dreamy private beach area and stylish rooms. The staff was wonderful, truly dedicated to make your stay unforgettable. Every detail in the property and service was exquisite, with outstanding breakfast and dinner menus.

Cons: The rooms could use some updating Bed was comfortable but bathtub has no shower Curtain No private shower in room Room could use pictures on the walls Furniture is older But the view from balcony is breathtaking
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was absolutely fantastic! The Amalfi coast is stunningly beautiful and so is the hotel with it's amazing location. After our 7 days at Tritone our only regret was that we did not stay longer. The food, the wines; also the very best quality. And on top of that all the staff in the hotel. During our 7 days at Tritone we made use of many of the facilities and services they offer and met a large numbers of the employees at the hotel. All of them, and I literally mean all of them, are the friendliest and most service minded staff we have met. And we have met many during our many, many travels over the years! It is impossible to highlite something after a week at Tritone. But if we must it will actually be the staff. Without these amazing people Tritone would still be the most beautiful hotel we have stayed at. But only that. All these amazing people working there elevates the experience to the highest possible level. To sum up; we will be back! Kind regards Siw and Finn Bjørsrud
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The whole setting of the hotel is breathtaking. We went with young kids and it was awesome. We will return alone and without a car. The boat taxi is way better to get around.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was amazing and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We had the best massage we have ever had at the Positano Massage Team organised at the hotel. Sonia and Teresa were the best quite a unique massage called Five Star Method - very professional in an amazing environment. The private beach was a magic place to hang out all day, pool staff lovely. Easy to access other locations on the Amalfi coast via the water taxi. We had a lovely large room with a beautiful view. We would definitely stay here rather than busy Positano. Easy to access great restaurants.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the moment we arrived we felt completely welcome. The staff at the hotel are fantastic the. Jews are amazing and my family all agreed this was the best holiday they have ever had. Thank you so much for making our stay incredible
Cons: Plug sockets were dated and didn’t fit our plugs well
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful luxurious hotel at the Amalfi Coast. The private beach is a plus. Extremely helpful and professional staff.
Cons: They could have more options at the restaurant for dinner. The food was excellent, but the menu had a limited amount of options.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is dated and the elevators keep breaking. Other than those two issues, you can beat the view and location of the hotel
Cons: The fact that hotel and specially the bathroom was so dated.
7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was ok. Reasonable selection.
Cons: Breakfast. 8 euro for two fried eggs is a bit much. Lots of old smokers everywhere. Room was poor. Entry smelled of dampness. Shower flooded. Showerhead was cracked. Generally the family suite needed to be spruced up.
9.3 Excellent
Cons: Restaurant is ok but u should aim a better class one
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is super clean and beautiful. Views are spectacular and is very quiet. The staff are friendly, helpful and work hard to make sure everything is perfect. Breakfast buffet was very nice and ample selection of food. We would stay here again.
Cons: It is a very confusing floor plan and each elevator had buttons that are not consistent and not clear on what floor is what in side the elevators. Had to take stairs and two elevators to the rooms.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very helpful and kind, private beach, delicious food, and gorgeous views
Cons: Nothing! Except maybe more water bottles in the mini fridge

Pros: This is a lovely quaint hotel run by a charming Italian family. It ticked the boxes with the view, a good selection for breakfast and the team could not do enough to look after us. The views were incredible and the food in the restaurant was great. The chef even stayed late one night for us and cooked us a lovely meal!

Pros: We loved the location of the property! We were about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and nearby restaurants (Il Pirata was amazing!). The closer beach to the property was perfect and reasonable! (You need to eat at Armandino restaurant there too). There were two mini Marta just outside the hotel and parking was available for our car we rented. Our room was very spacious and we had an awesome bathroom and patio. The patio had about 2 long loungers, 2 smaller relaxing chairs, and two seating areas with tables! Bedroom was always spotless when we arrived back to the room. The breakfast was a perfect continental breakfast with a lovely view. Also, the AC was GREAT and the room had a fan in it. Loved the closet space too! We could not have asked for a better location and stay for our honeymoon.
Cons: The fridge was just not the coldest, but it still worked! So there wasn’t much we didn’t like.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very helpful. Terrific room and service. Beautiful view can be seen from the room. A perfect quiet place for my vacation. Really enjoy while staying and did not want to leave :)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: My husband and I stayed in room 6. The room is spacious and has a large outdoor bit. Great tips etc from the host who also organized us a private driver to the airport and back. We enjoyed staying in Praiano which is in the middle of Positano and Amalfi. Bus stop, Tabac and drink shop only a few meters down the road. Close to nice restaurants, a beach and water taxis. The breakfast included in the room is a cold continental breakfast FYI.
Cons: The wifi isn't strong. Bed is very uncomfortable.

Pros: The best part of the property is it’s host. Very friendly and the property is located at a perfect location. We received warm welcome and the host perfectly planned our 2 days stay at Amalfi coast.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Picturesque location - our (huge) room had a stunning sea view as does the breakfast terrace. Convenient Praiano location with Marina di Praia beach and restaurants a short walk, or in the other direction Gavitella beach. We drove to the hotel from Tuscany and left the car at the hotel during our stay instead hiring a scooter to get around to Ravello and Positano which suited us well. The owner is fabulously generous with his time and local knowledge which really made our stay. Thanks again.
Cons: Water pressure of our shower could have been improved.

Pros: Excellent breakfast with a spectacular view

Pros: The kindness of the staff, excellent food both breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great atmosphere! The terrace and pool were great. Also parking was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel !
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Stunning views from terraces. Staff were nice. Rooms really clean. Food was good but restricted menu.
Cons: Reception didn't provide us with the information on which bus stop we should exit the bus, so we had to pay extra for the taxi as we exited bus at the wrong stop. We informed reception that we are on honeymoon at time of booking and they acknowledged this with the promise of a nice room and being looked after. When we checked in there was no mention of it, so we were little disappointed. It is not about the bottle of bubbles, chocolates or upgraded rooms, but about an acknowledgement of the fact. We stayed in much cheaper/smaller hotels that made small gestures which really made a difference to our stay. At breakfast many of the food items ran out and were not available when we came half an hour before end of breakfast. TV programs really disappointing, no satellite channels, just news, Italian and German programs only. No coffee or tea available in room. This hotel is not cheap so we thought above mentioned will be commonplace. One other thing that was missing was that there was no service of drinks etc when sitting out on the terrance. Whilst we know we visited at the start of the season it would have been nice to have been offered drinks. Instead we had to walk down to the restaurant, order our drinks and carry them up.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The view from our hotel room was amazing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the fantastic staff, the perfect view, the food in the restaurant, everything is exellent.
Cons: need sun umbrelas on the room balconies
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff were so friendly and helpful, they couldn’t do enough for you! The views are spectacular and the food in the restaurant was very very good! We had 5 days there straight after our wedding to relax and it was the perfect place to do just that.
Cons: We stayed in a room which could only be accessed by using the lift which could take a while if it was in use. Also there was no bathroom near the pool/ sun deck.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Parking facilities, excellent breakfast and restaurant.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was our second visit and it was as memorable as the first. The staff are all great and Giuseppe on the terrace bar is your perfect Bar tender . You can’t beat breakfast overlooking the bay watching the boats when the opera is playing - magical ! A great breakfast with a good choice of fresh food , fruit & pastries. The location is perfect to escape the crowds of Positano & Amalfi but these are only a water taxi ride away - what a way to travel!
Cons: Maybe offer complimentary water in the room.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The bed was comfortable... the seaview from the room was fantastic
Cons: Good breakfast
9.3 Excellent
Cons: Parking was extra - wish it had been included
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Pillows were great, Pool was great, Room was great,
Cons: No utensils in room, as in corkscrew, plates, knife and fork if you wanted to eat in your room, although they probably would have brought them up if we asked so not a big deal.

Cons: No view from our room!

Pros: Location was absolutely superb overlooking the cliff with views of the sea and coastline. The hotel and restaurant were set in beautiful lemon groves and garden cut out of the mountainside. Staff were friendly once they got to know you. Dinner was very nice (location AA+) and room and balcony were in a stunning position. Convenient with the nearby bus stop from west and east, so no need for a car.
Cons: Considering the price, facilities in the room were somewhat simple (ie: no tissues and very narrow bathroom) - however, the setting of the room did make it all worthwhile.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Superb location, very service minded staff. We enjoy a lot our stay and will strongly recommend this hotel to everybody.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view from our room and the restaurant. Aswell as the food at the restaurant.
Cons: Loved everything
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was nice, especially Filippo - great guy, always there for you and willing to help with everything. A big THANK YOU for Filippo and all the best! The views from the restaurant terrace are unbelievable and the lemons hanging above your head while having dinner, together with a glass of wine creates that peaceful and joyful feeling, in perfect harmony with the landscape. Our room, Federica, was very nice and big, with a spectacular terrace, overlooking the sea: a great way to start a new day - open the door and see the endless blue wather and little sailing boats -and a beautiful way to finish another one, after visited all the nice and picturesque villages nearby. I reccomand to visit the fabulous Positano, Amalfi, Sorrento, but also Ravello, with his incredible gardens of the villas Rufolo and Cimbrone. Don't forget to put on your list the Capri Island and Anacapri - villa San Michele it's a must. :) The breakfast was great and more then enough with lots of goodies to choose from. The cherry tomatos with mozzarella, scrambled eggs with bacon, little croissants with Nutella, the delicious tarts, accompanied by a creamy cappuccino and the magical blue wather and yellow lemons above, represent the perfect start for discover the beautiful Amalfi Coast. The menu for lunch/ dinner pretty diversified - i reccommend the mussels with tomato sauce and shrimps with lemon sauce; of course, fresh fish on grill, always a delightful! The beach (actualy a little bay) is about 10 minutes from hotel, few stairs down and an alley under the pins and oleanders.
Cons: Little things you can overlook on vacation :)
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic room with the best view, we even had an jaccuzi we didn’t knew until we got there. Good food, friendly staff.
Cons: It wasn’t too many restaurants nearby.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Costa diva is a dream! The staff are so friendly, there is a family feel to the property. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, walking out onto the balcony each morning was breath taking! We loved the authentic feel to the hotel, everything is decorated beautifully and the lemon trees are an added bonus. What’s better than breakfast outside, shaded by lemons overlooking the Amalfi coast. The location is amazing, would highly recommend Praiano as a place to stay. Positano is wonderful but it’s nice to go back to Praiano and soak up a more relaxed atmosphere. Marina da Praia which is ten mins walk away is beautiful and the restaurants in the area are amazing and very reasonably priced. There is also a great little corner shop for all your necessities just above the hotel called Bobart and winery. The bus is fine, but be prepared to stand up and get involved with the hustle and bustle. The bus from positano back to Praiano is... interesting. Be prepared to wait! Despite the buses we would stay in Praiano again and in this accommodation as it truly is the Italian dream!
Cons: Breakfast could be a bit better, but it did the job just fine. Coffee was great! There were a few areas in the bathroom that could have been a bit cleaner, but this did not effect our stay.

Cons: the rooms needed major updating, the wifi did not work, the breakfast was of overall low quality

Pros: We enjoyed this hotel very much. Friendly staff, comfortable room, and good breakfast. Stunning sea views across the bay.
Cons: Other guests making too much noise coming back late at night/early morning, but this is beyond the control of the hotel.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location and price
Cons: Breakfast was terrible, no real amenities
6.8 Good
Pros: - the location is very nice close to the beach of marina di Praiano and well connected with buses. - The staff is friendly - Is very clean and bathsoap and shampoo were refilled every day.
Cons: - During the first night the chef didn't showed up so I had to go eat somewhere else. - The breakfast buffet was a little poor (hard bread, just scramble eggs...) - No cocktails whatsoever as the stuff is not prepared to do and the bar has a little selection of choices.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly, cleaning crew did an amazing job, shower was gigantic, not typical small corner shower you normally see. Breakfast had a wide choice of items to select from.
Cons: This property did not have a lift. You walk a big hill to get to the bottom of of a set of about 25 stairs to get to the lobby, see photo. I was staying in room 212 on the second floor and had to climb up another 45 stairs to reach my room. To get to the room I had to do it in two parts. One, up hill then climb stairs to get to lobby. Rest, then go the rest of the way to the room. They need a lift especially if you are elderly or disabled, those folks would not be able to function here. Also, breakfast was good but they were a little slow making coffee when it ran out.
9.3 Excellent
Cons: No coffee water in room on arrival
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Enjoyed a 4-day stay at La Perla. The pictures didn’t do the hotel any justice, because the it looks way better in person. Dining area looks out into the waters, and it’s only a 8-10 mins walk down the stairs/slope to the beach. Would definitely stay here again if come back to Praiano
7.5 Good
Pros: View from the dining room and the balcony on the roof! Wow!
Cons: A bit old. Could use some improvements like fixing the bathroom door that doesn't open completely and the thing for the soap that doesn't hold the soap at all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, amazing views, very good breakfast, spacious balcony, friendly staff
6.3 Good
Pros: View. Location close to the beach and resteraunts.
Cons: Not clean, poor bathroom, very basic brakefast.

Cons: We had to pay parking during all stay

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was amazing!!!!!!! Highly recommend!!!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The view of the room was amazing !!! The dinner was served in a terrace where we could watch the sunset ! Breathtaking !!! You sat at the same terrace to see the beautiful view of the see while taking the breakfast. There were different types of breads, cheese, ham, fresh fruit, juice, milk, coffee, cake. The hotel offered a paid boat tour around the Amalfi Coast, to take pictures, with a stop at Amalfi (around one hour), a stop of around 3 hours to have lunch in a private beach (access only by boat) and a tour to take pictures in Positano, returning to the hotel in the afternoon.
Cons: If you go by car, there is a parking lot but it is very small (the hotel should send an e-mail giving directions where the parking lot is, because the hotel it is located downhill, and you need to go until the reception to find out where you can park)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I strongly recommend Hotel Villa Bellavista. It has an incredible location with delicious breaksfasts and dinners and is run by a warm and welcoming family.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything from the accomodation decor & position meals and especially management and staff ..such a beautiful place.. the terrace where meals are eaten is accessible to all all day and if you have a room with a view you have a wonderful balcony ... I was their five nights and I felt like part of the family it’s the most enchanting hotel
Cons: That I had to leave ! Truely it was the worst thing about the place

Pros: Absolutely perfect location, right in front of the beach. Also the perfect location to explore further down the towns of Amalfi & Ravello. Lovely change from the busyness of Positano. Located right next to a few incredible restaurants- you must eat at Da Armandino, we had the best couple of meals there. Spacious rooms & bathroom.
Cons: The staff weren’t overly helpful or friendly. The hotel is a little old and run down. Our room was quite dark and didn’t have much natural light or view. The food at the hotel restaurant isn’t great, although breakfast was adequate.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was adequate, nothing special, excellent service and lovely coffee.
Cons: The internal dining & outdoor atmosphere. Finding the reception wasn't simple, the three spaces could be much better linked and/or separated. They have a great opportunity to better use their spaces and active them to achieve a better experience for their customers and their bottom line.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Tucked away next to a small beach it’s the perfect place to stay on the Amalfi coast. Easy beach access and 3 great places to eat including at the hotel. Bring beach shoes though as the beach is pebbles. So close to Positano and Amalfi. Felt like a local staying here.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location! We loved the breakfast - the pastries, coffee, bread, yoghurt and cereal was all delish!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view from our little apartment by the sea was exquisite..such a beautiful part of the Amalfi Coast and we felt on beach days we were surrounded by locals.Loved every minute of our stay here.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: family facility, situated on the waterfront. Easy access to restaurants and public transport. Magical spot.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location, the view, the not too crowded beach. The fishermen working idly on their nets right in front of the hotel. Good breakfast, lovely restaurant just up the hill towards praiano. Had we known how much we would love staying there - we definitely would have stayed longer. Huge bonus with the water taxi option to positano.
Cons: A bit hard mattress - but might just be my preference that's off
6.3 Good
Pros: Location was very pretty, although not what it looks like as advertised as a private beach in photos.
Cons: Room was dark, located underground under stairs with no views and no light. Was charged an extra 15 in cash for property tax which was not mentioned previously and far higher than all other payments we had to make for this.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is wonderful Staff are friendly Good breakfast Very clean place
Cons: The hotel had parking but in addition to the 155 eur rate per night, i had to pay extra for the parking 17 euro per night I had to pay extra for the embrella and chair by the beach 5 eur for embrella, 8 eur for a chair ( it doesnt belong to tje hotel as staff explained) Internet very bad, cant do anything with it, barely functional Many bars around, it is very noisy late night

3.3 Mediocre
Pros: view from the terrace
Cons: the staff but even worse the owners without the slightest professionalism. dirty rooms so indecent, the shower did not work. we asked for the sink taps twice but they did not even listen to us. we had to brush our teeth using water from the sink faucet. we had a balcony with a beautiful view but we did not know where to put it because it was all very dirty. a real degradation. the breakfast really poor, just a few croissants and very little else and we paid more than 200 euros per day telling us it was a fantastic offer. one morning to have 2 eggs I had to pay extra 8 euros, really very expensive. after the first two mornings we went to have breakfast at a nearby hotel named Il Tramonto D'Oro where our friends were staying and for only 15 euros we had a fantastic breakfast, we found everything between sweet and savory. during our stay the owners also argued in the loud reception with employees offending each other with mines of complaints. a truly absurd situation. ruined holiday
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was great and we had a tremendous sea view from our room just as shown in the pictures.
Cons: The hotel is managed by a cute family however they were a little bit careless in some ways and their father was being aggressive when meeting our demands.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Air conditioning was just ok.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The best view in entire Amalfi coast, the family holding the business is the best people i’ve met in Italy, they helped us with everything (renting scooters, transportations, tours, recommendations). Though the rooms are abit old, they were really clean and traditional.
Cons: It need abit of renovation in the interior of the lobby and rooms
6.8 Good
Cons: Some of the installations in the rooms need repair (toilet, hair-dryer, sink...). Reading lamps in the bedroom were not working....
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Perfect room with balcony (sea view and view to Positano). Breakfast good with different kind of cheeses, flakes, croissants, drinks etc. plus also sea view from the restaurant. The owner family is very helpful with advises and recommendations. In front of the Hotel is a bus stop with local transportation to Positano and Amalfi. Would def. recommend to stay here instead of crowdy tourist spots.
Cons: Of course its during the summer season expensive but would recommend it instead of paying even more in Positano and Amalfi area.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful, the room was a little dated but comfortable and kept very clean. The view from the balcony of our room (5) was amazing, a 10 out of 10.
Cons: Wifi wasn't the greatest, television didn't work too well and couldn't get the spa bath going but it functioned well as a bath.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great Location and views with marvellous dining terrace. Staff were really nice to us. Mostly family run and all were very helpful with anything we needed.
7.0 Good
Pros: The views from the restaurants terrace were just stunning of the Amalfi Coast. The food at the hotels restaurant was absolutely delicious.
Cons: The bathroom in room 15.. very old and needs to be redone
4.3 Okay
Pros: The only good thing about this hotel was the view. 400+ steps to the Mediterranean. The family that runs the hotel were the rudest, most unpleasant people we had to deal with. We DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!
Cons: The staff and family running the hotel were rude, swore at my wife when she asked for extra towels and we left early. A totally unpleasant hotel. Not recommended!
6.3 Good
Pros: Perfect view!!!! The view from some of the rooms and the restaurant had been even better than expected. The owner and his family have been very helpful. The available car parking had been cosnidered great asset! Rooms very simple but clean. Great value for money. Definately recommended.
Cons: The restaurant should be improved in terms of food quality of meat and fish. Pasta has been excellent.
6.3 Good
Pros: Very nice hotel, perfect location, lovely rooms, wonderful hosts, very good food and very relaxing.
6.0 Good
Pros: The view! As from the restaurant and from the room. Do not book the lowest level because trees are blocking partly the view. Very friendly family is running this hotel, a war welcome

Pros: This is an amazing and stylish hotel. The staff are delightful. The ambience is relaxed and yet the attention to detail is incredible. The free shuttle to Positano is useful and the views of the Amalfi coast from the terrace are stunning.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are outstanding; the property is in another league; discreet, private, personalised; the perfect base for exploring the Amalfi coast; not in Positano (a plus) but positioned with a better view of the coastline.
Cons: Nothing.
7.0 Good
Pros: Incredible food, views and decor
Cons: The staff are very in-flexible, meaning they either have it/can do it or they won’t. There’s no in between, no ‘let me see what I can do for you’. Also, seeing as you are located between Positano and Amalfi, the traffic is always (and I mean always) a nightmare, and you’ll rack up a hefty bill in taxi fees, because it’s the only way you can get anywhere from the hotel.
6.3 Good
Pros: The hotel is gorgeous. Its so white and so beautiful and the art is so well curated. It also has the most posh vibe possible (Jo Malone in the bathrooms, Etro on the beds, B&O everywhere) We checked into a standard room and were upgraded to a stunning room with a massive terrace sit out because we didn't like our room and we deeply appreciate that gesture. It changed the game for our stay there.
Cons: 1. The room sizes. For what you pay, their standard rooms are un acceptably small. We felt claustrophobic and almost checked out soon after we arrived 2. The staff. They lack the Italian warmth and charm. Maybe thats the vibe the hotel is going for, but the staff looks stone faced and un interested in engaging. There were exceptions of course. 3. The lack of a shuttle service and infrastructure to get around. They aren't located in walking distance of very much and we paid 32 Euros more than once to book cabs on our own because the shuttle was un available. One night, we sat at the restaurant for 30 mins after dinner waiting for the pick up and a very angry hotel manager showed up and drove us back, he seemed so upset to have come to get us. 4. No attention to detail. We booked the hotel boat for a 4 hour tour of the coast. The skipper wasn't very impressive at all, they didn't tell us that boats had been cancelled that day due to a choppy sea, they didn't tell us they had sent some drinks and refreshments on the boat.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: What to say, it’s all incredible but a few notable highlights include: the views, the breakfast, and the wonderful staff.
Cons: The beach club nearby is disappointing. And the €20 charge for room service is a little steep and unnecessary.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and professional staff. Amazing views
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in the Eaudesea suite. Which was perfect for us. We had two butlers that served of breakfast and catered to us right on our balcony. The whole staff was very nice, helpful and professional. Our view was great and we could catch boats or their shuttle to go into positano easily and we were close to positano but preferred our location for relaxing and not being around the crowds.
Cons: Loved everything Even the steps from our suite to the lobby. Good exercise.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Quiet
Cons: A little too formal
6.3 Good
Cons: Service at the pool needs improving, especially given the fact the hotel was fully booked: not enough chairs, towels were usually unavailable and tables were left to clear up until end of day.
7.7 Good
Pros: The whole experience was a highlight of a month long trip! The position, the view, the design, the staff (they really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and their attention to detail was exceptional), the service, the food, the semi-private beach all made it a very special place! Also the hotel very kindly upgraded us at check-in which enhanced the experience further.
Cons: Pillows - no down/feather pillows were available
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Relaxed and spent some time exploring the Amalfi Coast. We alternated between relaxing at the hotel and taking day trips to nearby points of interest.
Cons: No complaints.

7.6 Good
Pros: Everything. food was good. Staff great and very friendly. Nice relaxed atmostphere and the beach is fab.
Cons: Balcony chairs could've been a bit more comfortable and the speration between balconies higher to give more privacy.
7.6 Good
Pros: An incredible location, amazingly helpful staff and a totally relaxed environment.
Cons: The all white interior can feel a little bit sterile. The food was good but not exceptional.

Pros: The staff were amazing!
Cons:
6.8 Good
Pros: The staff of the hotel were exceptionally and, I think, genuinely friendly. This was crucial in creating a very comforting and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel restaurant was top-notch. A sumptuous menu combined with very good wines and excellent service provided a dining experience of very high quality.
Cons: The staff at reception was a bit short on knowledge of activities and related information. This was exacerbated by the dogged presumption that all guests are first-time visitors to the Amalfi Coast. As someone who has previously visited the Coast on multiple occasions, though not Praiano where the hotel is situated, this was rather frustrating. Staff would be better to (1) listen and be attentive, and (2) assume that guests at such a hotel are seasoned travellers.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The property had an amazing view overlooking the ocean. It was very clean and staff was wonderful, very welcoming. Very close to One Fire Beach. The breakfast was delicious and you get to eat on the terrace with one of the most picturesque views. The town is very pretty with amazing view of the ocean. Close to Positano and Amalfi coast, you can drive or take the bus to those locations. This location is in a perfect spot with less tourists. There is a small pizzeria walking distance from the hotel. One of the best pizza’s we have had. Amazing vacation and would definitely recommend it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This Hotel was outstanding- one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. It was so clean, so beautifully decorated, and the staff was outstanding. They had a great breakfast buffet, a pool with plenty of sun beds , pool bar that served snacks with the drinks - just outstanding - you truly felt waited on and pampered. They also provide great excursions to go on. Their restaurant was also outstanding, some of the best food we had on the coast!

Pros: Great family run hotel. Great location, helpful staff, fantastic food, and value for money.
4.0 Okay
Pros: - great view from breakfast area. - nice location - parking available - breakfast had fresh orange juice
Cons: - Staff were super rude, very abrassive. Asked to maintain passports pretending they were immigration or something. - rooms are tiny, and view are obstructed. They said room with a view, but in reality it was facing a wall... had to stick your head off a balcony to catch a glimpse - flies on food. - overpriced.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding location, gorgeous room, stunning breakfast, very nice pool
Cons: The male staff member on in the afternoons was condescending and I got the impression any request from me (ice, bottle opener) were an interruption to his ‘real work’, and he just about said as much. It put a real dampener on my experience in the afternoons. I also came home from a hike up the mountain in the heat to find the pool unavailable as the area had been booked out for a wedding. I had been so looking forward to a swim! That was very disappointing, considering how much I was paying...
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The view is amazing! It is in a quiet town in amalfi coast within a short bus ride to Positano or amalfi. If you want a nice relaxing quiet hotel, this is it. Andrea (one of the concierge) is phenomenal with lots of advice on the area. It also has a restaurant right below the hotel which was the best we ate at on amalfi.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of this hotel is amazing, with an absolutely incredible view. The room and hotel in general were fresh, clean and the staff were very nice. The breakfast was sufficient, however just that. The pool bar has well priced drinks and snacks, and Praiano has decent options for restaurants and other facilities without the chaos of Amalfi or Positano.
Cons: I was a bit underwhelmed with the rooms, expecting a bit for wow factor for what you pay, but I guess you're paying for the view. The bathrooms have showers that you can barely squeeze into, and the beds were a little firm. As well, they could invest in some better patio furniture. Cheap white plastic chairs and tables don't exactly scream "Amalfi Coast" luxury. They could also spend a bit of time tending to the pool area as well, cause the grass was overgrown and reduces the wow factor.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The view was spectacular! Pool was wonderful after a long day of sightseeing. Staff were very helpful.
Cons: Room was very cramped for four people
7.0 Good

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely staff, everyone was very friendly, breakfast was good and pool area nice and clean. Thank you
Cons: The price on trip advisor didn’t match what we had to pay at the hotel, it was much more. It would be great if you would get back to myself to explain the discrepancy.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff were friendly, pool was great, view was perfect and hotel restaurant was gorgeous
Cons: Rooms were a little outdated but didn’t spend much time in them when we had a nice balcony with a view and the pool
