Pros: The Oceanview with binoculars
Okay 5.0
Pros: Good location. Beautiful views out of the restaurant. Staff were friendly.
Cons: Could not open window and there was no other ventilation in my room, which made it very stuffy. Also fairly expensive given the quality of the hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The breakfast was great. Had dinner with some friends was awesome. Close to shopping and Casino. Daughter came with us so we were accommodated easily by front desk staff.
Cons: i dont know

Pros: Friendly host, very helpfull. Communal room with kitchen and fridge so you can make your own breakfast and light meals (there is a microwave and small stove).
Cons: Not a lot. It was a fair walk to Downtown (20 min) but no problem for us. The carpet on the stairs is getting old and could benefit from a change.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: King bed and location
Good 7.9
Pros: felt safe
Cons: would have preferred private facilities
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The host Cindy was very friendly and helpful. It is in a quiet neighbourhood location and the room is very spacious. It was lovely having a double soaker tub and 2 basins in the bathroom and we took advantage of the kitchenette in our room. The guesthouse is also very convenient to the ferry which was really helpful for our 11:30pm arrival.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nice quiet location in a residential area. Easy to find and owned by a lovely lady. The whole place is very tastefully decorated and the common area is very cozy. Cindy was very welcoming and we will definitely stay again.
Cons: The kitchen had some electrical issues with the lights while we were there but it didn't really interfere with any use of the kitchen.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Thank you so much Cindy to be our great host. if one day we are back in price rupert we come back for sure.

Pros: The bed. It was an awesome king-size. Choice of breakfast was great. Host was friendly and helpful.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing breakfast Loved the extra entrance for more privacy and privacy of the backyard The bathtub was awesome The bed was something we wanted to bring home with us super comfy
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Bed was comfortable, Andrea was nice, breakfast was good, room was big
Cons: I needed to get some sleep during the day for work. I would work all night and into the morning. To have some dark curtains to stop the light from coming in would be nice. Also the tap water was really yellow. Having a bath in it wasn’t the best, but those are minor issues
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Andrea was very helpful in meeting our needs for our stay ; Due medical reasons we needed to extend our stay and she went out of her way to accommodate us and help us out . We found her to be a wonderful and down to earth host
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The bed was very comfortable and room was spacious. Also that the dog was very welcome, was a massive bonus! Great trails located right behind the house.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very comfortable clean room. Really nice character home in a quiet safe location. Andrea is very welcoming and nice to talk to and makes great breakfast. We will definitely be back!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great Breakfast
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Tall trees is a hidden gem tucked away on a side street in Rupert. Andrea is an amazing hostess who ensures your comfort. The B&B has beautiful private and comfortable rooms with a unique flair as does the rest of the house. If you get the chance to go and explore Rupert this is definitely the place to stay.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I enjoyed the location and cost. The owner was very polite. Unfortunately due to our schedule we were not able to enjoy the whole bed and breakfast. We were given our privacy the whole stay and offered breakfast every morning. Will definitely recommend to others coming this way.
Cons: The second evening there were other occupants who were quite loud going up and down the stairs. There are set quiet times and that was clearly ignored. Other than that our stay was great.

Good 6.0
Pros: The facilities appear to be quite nice & the check in process was quick & easy.
Cons: Our room wasn’t very clean (albeit we stayed in a pet room), and the communal kitchen didn’t feel very clean. There was a smell in the stairwell, likely due to the old carpet everywhere in the building.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very nice private room and full facilities in the communal kitchen. Family home space and all new furnishings. Washing machine in this area too.
Cons: Access was a little dodgy at 02:30 and outside lights inadequate for this.
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: The lobby wreaked like fish or sea food, room was not very clean and very dated. Could hear everything going on all night long.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Two bedroom apartment was perfect for two couples. Convenient location just above town. Cooking facilities were great

Pros: Comfortable, charming, very clean, amazing views, close to shops and best eats in town, and close to hiking trails.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The location is good and it’s great value for money. We walked everywhere, and found the mall next door very handy. Our departure was late in the day and well after dark, and the staff allowed us to while away a couple of hours in their comfortable and warm sitting area with lovely views.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Friendly staff, nice ocean view
Cons: Comfortable stay, room by the parking lot was noisy in the morning
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great place to stay. Was comfy and friendly staff
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very comfy bed
Cons: i had no problem s
Good 6.0
Pros: It was fine. Breakfast was really great. Heater in the room was very noisy and the bathroom and tv remote was not very clean. The room was nice but looked as though they covered over things instead of rebuilding. Expensive room for the location and amenities off-season. When checking in, I asked about getting down to the ocean and beach access and the person told me to wander on the docks - not helpful. When checking out the gentleman was very friendly and helpful.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was great. Right downtown close to mall and a drive in right next door. Easy check in and check out very friendly staff.
Cons: Small parking area. Very cramped
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It was very clean and staff were friendly. Cozy beds, available fridge, and of course coffee were all ready for us. Within walking distance to Dolly's fish market where we picked up lunch & dinner. (only pickup as it was during covid)
Cons: I thought it would have the Harbour view from our window.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Will never stay here again and will not refer to others
Cons: Rude staff

Good 7.4
Pros: I liked the location, the discount vouchers, the included breakfast. That the hotel is listed in the travel discount websites.
Cons: There was no comfortable seating in the room, the heating was not comfortable. While I understood there were renovations in recent years, the furnitur was not upgraded to complinent it.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I missed out on breakfast as i was sleeping !
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Service was very good, rooms were clean enough.
Cons: Rooms need to be updated.
Good 7.0
Pros: Due to covid there were no tours offered or normal breakfast but they did provide a bagged breakfast which was very nice.
Cons: Nothing. It was very clean, staff were very pleasant, beds and pillows exceptional.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The breakfast buffet was very good, the location was down town and central. Shopping mall, bank, pharmacy, restaurants, Harbour front, museum all within easy walking. The view of the Skeena River, mountains behind was very picturesque. The staff was very friendly, curteous and very accomodating.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I left early and grabbed something on the run. I had to meet a client and then be on the road again.
Cons: I didn't like how this virus is affecting all our lives.
Good 6.7
Pros: Nothing to note that was great
Cons: No coffee stocked in room and no one answered front desk the next morning when we realized and tried to get some. Luckily it was next door to a Tim Hortons. The building was pretty dated.
Okay 5.0
Cons: Room was noisy, right next to the elevator shaft. Barking dogs in room I think left unattended?

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast was good enough. Beds were comfortable
Cons: No hair dryer in the room . That it’s only double beds .
Good 7.0
Pros: Breakfast was great. Out of the rain parking is awesome. And walking to everything.
Cons: Room was a little hot. Bath tub is tiny and the beds are to small.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The breakfast was adequate. Loved the bagels. The location was really central for us and having the Saveon Foods across the street was great
Cons: No rain but that isn't something you can fix.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: staff was friendly and helpful upon our check in and check out, but we missed breakfast so we wished that would have stayed open a little longer. Other than that our stay was very good.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Friendly staff. Good place to stay after the long Inside Passage ferry.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great staff! We had a little problem in our room and immediately they upgrade our room and refund some money.

Good 7.5
Pros: choices...and service was great
Cons: fell out of bed because mattress was bigger than box spring. Loud street in front of room.
Good 7.9
Pros: First return to stay after 20+ years and was pleasantly surprised. Furnishings in room were new. Bed is a bit high on frame to get into for me (5ft 3 inch) but once in it is comfy. Front desk staff were great. Breakfast was great, your choice of 2 eggs + meat; pancakes; or oatmeal etc. cooked fresh at actual restaurant. If you want to buy a bigger breakfast, this restaurant has best Eggs Benny in Rupert. I will stay here again. Not the nicest hotel, but great for 2 star in PR.
Cons: Bathtub/shower slippery. The anti-slip stuff on tub is worn out. Installation of bar to hang on to would be good. There is space for vertical bar between toilet and tub. Also not much room in bathroom, hard to close door for a larger person. Front desk said there are rooms that have safety bars for guests if needed, ask for it when booking. Might be safer to put in every room now unless tubs are resurfaced.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Though it is not new still you can say that it is well maintained, the surroundings was clean
Cons: One of the receptionist when i first got here was not friendly and i felt uncomfortable talking to him. Not even smiling.
Okay 4.0
Cons: Plumbing outdated
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Free coffee available to guests all day. Laundry available. Pub on premises.
Cons: Fat pillows, no inclusive breakfast.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Central location.. good price. Attached restaurant was good for breakfast .
Cons: Very old and dated.. clean but worn looking.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast included and in a restaurant. Location in downtown area.
Cons: Plastic and styrofoam cups instead of glass and china. Mismatched furniture in room. No bathroom fan that would operate.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Convenient location...iconic with giant wall murals.
Cons: Very mediocre restaurant

Excellent 9.6
Pros: The balcony most of all, bed was comfortable. Fairly spacious room. Coffee maker, small fridge and microwave, also an iron and ironing board. Restaurant was ok. The place is decent.
Cons: It’s trying to be classy, but I think it’s going through some economic hard times. The inside looks much nicer than the exterior, which at first I mistook for a high rise housing complex. Must be the concrete and corrugated metal/glass industrial look?
Excellent 8.3
Pros: It was fine. Not fancy, but fine.
Cons: We got in at 2:00am, so the loud walkie-talkies outside our room at 7:00am were not appreciated. One elevator is stuck on the top floor, do elevator waits were long.
Okay 5.4
Pros: Great location
Cons: Needs upgrade to doors at entrance to automatic opening when enter hotel and new furniture in rooms, needs new look and maids never incert garbage bag properly in bins and always streaks on windows and mirrors. I worked as maid before and it was at a fishing / adventure lodge so i know the importance of quality and the appearance of room for customers.
Okay 5.8
Pros: Location to the water and the ferries
Cons: We were put on the fifth floor, which apparently is the dog floor. However, none of us were asked if we had an allergies to dogs. The vents were very dirty. We had to get our key cards activated more than once. There was no air conditioning units in these rooms
Mediocre 2.2
Pros: Leaving
Cons: Making the mistake of trusting wide-angle, obviously dated photography used to portray the facilities. Didn’t look open, lobby, elevator, halls and rooms all smelled of 1980s cigarette smoke, heat for the building was off for “maintinence”, apathy and a space heater offered at the front desk. Rooms were furnished with items that Value Village would have thrown out if they were donated. We checked out after 10 minutes and were thankfully refunded. Run like hell. Shouldn’t even have come up in my search results.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: We didn’t eat there, the room was nice, fluffy pillows are important because of my injury, they were great. The view could of been better, we traveled a long way out of the Yukon Territory to come here.
Cons: We arrived after lunchtime and they couldn’t check us in before 3 pm. As we weren’t from Rupert and not knowing what to do or where to go was a problem to kill over two hours of time. I have a spinal injury so resting from time to time is important.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Clean quiet comfortable and centrally located
Cons: Room temperature was difficult to manage
