8.0 Excellent
Pros: I love everything about this Hotel. I recommend it highly. Get the balconies or you will not get the best value for your money.
Cons: I love it here but visit friends in town and don't have the standards of some travelers. I have stayed in many hotels in Yucatan. This is a great Value. Balcony rooms Only... You will not like inside rooms.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Locaty
Cons: Hot water
7.0 Good
Pros: access and price
Cons: no blanket on beds
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The location was excellent...just across the street from the white sand beaches.
Cons: We stayed in room #3 the junior suite. The shower's water pressure and hot water was just about non-existent. I'm talking a TRICKLE of water. Terrible! The ceiling mounted air-conditioner blew cold air directly onto us below in our bed. I left with a cold. Staff was friendly but spoke very little English.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was the best part of this hotel. It was very clean. They do have a few rooms facing the ocean that are quite beautiful. Good spot to be
7.0 Good
Pros: Room was very clean, very close to beach & many eating establishments. Staff was accommodating to our needs. For the price we paid, it was fine. We had no mini fridge, or microwave, but my bad for not paying attention to details. I would not go back unless I took earplugs & booked a room with a view. Our interior room was a noisy area. The large market area was walking distance & we enjoyed eating from locals there..
Cons: No mini toiletries in room upon arrival & only 1 towel. I don't think staff had finished cleaning room, before we were given key. The AC worked so well, we nearly froze the 1st note as a front blew in & cooled the temps. We asked for a blanket for 2nd nite & was better. It is tile flooring, so noisy at times. No vending machines of any kind, but small store within walking distance.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The location, it was a minute away from the beach.
Cons: I don't know how did this place get such high ranking! The rooms from the inside looked old and worn out, the sheets and towels were not clean and had stains even after asking to change them.I had to put my own towel on the pillow so I could sleep. The mattresses weren't comfortable! There were spiders on the roof. Wasn't a good experience, I feel disappointed! Will share some pics.

7.9 Good
Pros: We are seniors. Our room was the oldest on the lower floor. Bike rentals were 150 pesos per day. The upstairs rooms were much nicer. The kitchen was close, which was nice and the room had refrigerator. The area was a little dodgy, particularly at night. There was great access to the malecón by bike. When we inquired about a longer term rental we were told that the room would be cleaned once a week and we would be responsible for washing our sheets and towels at a laundromat. Most of the guests were long term rentals from Canada. The pool area was beautiful with lots of lounge chairs to sit on. The pool was very clean. The upper deck had tables and a hammock.
Cons: I felt that the front desk staff could have been a bit more accommodating.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location was a safe 10 minute walk. Rooms are very clean and the staff very helpful. Also very safe and quiet. The AC runs quiet and keeps the room cool.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: This was my second stay here. The staff is wonderful and the food is to die for! Rare to find a place including a real breakfast made from scratch. It’s even rarer to find an Indian restaurant in Mexico. You must eat dinner here at least once during your stay. I will definitely stay here again.
Cons: It’s an older property so if you are expecting a flawless place to stay this may not be for you. If you want a unique experience then look no further.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hosts are fab and food is delish. Rooms are so comfy. Love the place. :)
9.0 Excellent
Pros: “big room, comfy bed..Excellent choice of English language TV channels. one block back from ocean, convenience store directly across street. Great breakfast, friendly, bilingual host. Small Outdoor restaurant, Indian food menu several evenings each week.
Cons: Everything was great!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Large comfortable room, very clean. Excellent location, one block from beach with ocean views from balcony. Good healthy breakfast each morning. Our host Jackie was very welcoming and extremely helpful with local information. Staff were polite and eager to help when needed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were veryy very comfortable. The food was delicious. (Home-made bread n jam)
Cons: I cant recall
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: The place is extremely dated. There’s an Oxo across the street that is open 24 hours. The bright light was beaming into the room all night because it doesn’t have a shut out curtain. Plus, beer and Coke trucks were coming and going all night long, unloading and restocking. We couldn’t really sleep at all. Breakfast is just enough, nothing special, no juice, one little plate of old fruit for however many guests around the table. The owner lady who cooks also had very bad personal hygiene..... I tried not to think about it while eating breakfast
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Eclectic atmosphere
Cons: Owner was a little full of herself and a little bit dismissive of the local culture and people. She might have just been having a bad day though.
