Pros (+) The location was the best, right in the heart of La Zona Romantica. The ocean front view was spectacular especially on New Year's Eve when the whole sky was lit up with fireworks. The maid assigned to our room was attentive, thorough and didn't mind when we asked for additional things - we highly recommend her.
Cons (-) Granted our stay was over new year's but for the price we paid ($350 per night) the rooms were under furnished (no coffee or end tables, no living room chairs other than a couch) and was filled with cheap furniture that looked as if it was bought at a flea market. Furthermore the kitchen was outside on the balcony and was not equipped with even basic supplies such as dish soap and scrubber, paper ...

Pros (+) Large room with balcony that was another room with table and 4 chairs,stove,fridge,sink and pots,plates etc.....Right on the beach,with the 3 best beach restaraunts:Si Senor;La Palapa;and El Dorado..Irma,my hotel maid kept the room spotless and left clever little towel sculptures everyday....And at $60 a night,can’t beat it

Pros (+) Excellent location! Loved being above the beach and watching the sunset from my balcony. Appreciated having a refrigerator in the room and a brand new air conditioner (cooled room quickly). The room was fairly clean (no pest) and the house keeper was lovely. Centerally located, no need for car/taxi.
Cons (-) Had pigeons on the balcony every day. Roof top was boring

Pros (+) The view from the balcony was stunning and you have easy access to a very popular and busy beach, you are also right in front of the Los Muertos Pier. The staff is very friendly and provide you with anything you need. There is an Oxxo right outside of the hotel for quick runs of snacks, water, beer. A/C in the hotel is extremely helpful!
Cons (-) The bathroom was in need of some repairs, it doesn't have a window so it's very stale and muggy most of the time.
