Lovely friendly staff Quiet cosy,roomy,well equipped place to just crash out after a hot day out Great if on a hudget..very well equipped self catering room I even got a kiss from the cleaning lady

Great value for money, very clean, staff were nice , everything is walking distance, good for someone on a budget. Pool area is lovely. Vending machines with snacks drinks and coffee, but can't buy proper meals there.

It's up a massive big hill, so when you're walking home at the end of the night it's a bit of a slog. There's no immediate facilities directly next to the hotel, you have to go to the bottom of the hill to find stuff like shops and no restaurants etc, it's like a residential area, so you have to go into town. As most people would be doing this anyway it wouldn't be a problem, but I went hiking up Teide volcano so was sunburned and exhausted and could have done with a facilities where I didn't have to walk up and down a massive big hill ;)

The service at the arrival by the young girl with the tattoos was amazing, very professional, very welcoming, extremely helpful. It made the experience from the beginning much enjoyable.
