Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews overwhelmingly highlight severe cleanliness problems throughout the hotel, including dirty rooms, stained linens, unpleasant odors, and unsanitary bathrooms. Many guests also mention uncomfortable beds, safety concerns, and misleading photos that do not match the actual condition of the property. While a few guests found the staff to be helpful and accommodating, the overall experience is marred by poor maintenance, noise, and a lack of basic amenities. Only a handful of reviews mention positives such as friendly staff or a convenient location, but these are overshadowed by the negative aspects.
