Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful, on the phone and in person. Pick up and drop off were easy. Instructions were clear.
Cons: The interior of the van was very worn. Seats were stained. It drove well and looked fine from the exterior but inside was below expectations.

don't waste your time or money,
Pros: - cost per mile
Cons: - extremely rude staff and owner - old dated cars that don't feel safe and lack every basic feature (they have an old ac and that's pretty much it) - extremely small lot, makes getting in/out and parking very difficult - hidden fees - worst customer service I've ever encountered - paperwork takes forever to be processed

Misleading
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Unlike major brands, website 'reservation' form does not tell you if nothing is available. It goes through taking name, etc and sends you email that looks a hell of a lot like a reservation (but does say you have to call to confirm). I called 'to confirm' as required, was greeted rudely, transferred to someone else, and then told they didn't have anything available.
