The staff were very rude and did not check the details of my reservation. They were demanding information from me that my company had already sent over. An unpleasant experience that I would not like to have again.

We arrived with only an hour to get to an appointment in Hempstead, and the personnel at the front desk located a towncar, provided the estimated cost, and got us to our destination with time to spare. Cons (-) Room freshener was a bit strong and a group of young basketball players were extremely loud after midnight requiring security to intervene - but security took care of it quickly.
