The atmosphere and rooms were comfortable and cosy and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay very enjoyable. It was close to Bath, Bristol and Wells and lovely countryside.

The restaurant provided a high class and expensive menu with attentive service but we would have preferred a more varied and good home cooked food.

It was snowing and I called to let them know that I would be arriving after midnight. When I arrived, there they were on the doorstep, cheerful as can be. In the morning, our cars were cleared of snow. The food was very good.

I stayed in chapel room and the hot water system seemed to make a bit of a racket in the middle of the night.

The welcome was warm and freindly.. The food was fantastic, interesting, well prepared, well presented. friendly atmosphere. Good parking. I went in the summer but there was a lovely log fire for the winter. excellent

Very friendly welcome on arrival. Good breakfast. Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to try the restaurant due to other commitments

Noise from dinnig room could be heard in our room and kitchen fan in the second room Bed squeaked when ever you moved on it
