Pros: Price. Fridge. Bathroom. Wifi. The walk down to Ragusa Ibla is quite scenic, and it is possible to take the bus on the way up. Buses run only once an hour, though, and information is difficult to find, so plan ahead.

Cons: It is not in Ragusa Ibla.

Pros: Good location , close to the historical centre and view ponit on Ibla town.

Cons: Nothing in particular, I came late slept just one night and continued eary morning.

Pros: Quiet apartment in the old town. Good kitchen with lots of equipment for cooking. Short walk to fabulous viewing points overlooking Ibla. Supermarket close by.

Cons: Apartment with very little natural light, only the front door, but that seems to be standard for ground floor apartments. There was a musty smell, probably as a result of not being aired.

Cons: Wifi was not working. We informed the receptionist several times.

Pros: Very nice rooms, stylish and modern. Nice and service oriented staff except the handling of the AC dilemma. On day 2, the AC broke down and the hotel could not fix it.

Cons: We had 2 rooms for 4 nights. In the bigger room there was no toilet seat. In the smaller room a bulb at the table desk was broken. I asked to fix the problems but nothing was done. Nobody followed up. In the standard room the shower cabin is so small that you can have difficulties even to come in not to say about taking a shower. Internet connection was bad in both rooms and it is not stable even on the ground floor next to reception.

Pros: If you want to enjoy the beauties of Ragusa and the most ancient Ragusa Ibla, De Stefano Palace Luxury hotel definitely worth a stop. You can sleep in an ancient building enjoying spacious and modern equipped rooms, as well as very clean. The hotel is very close to the walking path to Ragusa Ibla. The breakfast is various and offers you a great variety of fresh food and beverages. All the staff is helpful and very professional. A special thank to Stefano that provides us with all the suggestions to enjoy at maximum our staying in Ragusa.

Cons: The hotel hasn’t the elevator for the oldest part of it but the personnel helps you with the luggage. So, no worries at all.

Pros: 1) Location, in pedestrian area with close to shops and an excellent choice of restaurants within walking distance. 2) well sized room and bathroom. 3) Clean in general. 4) good and free WiFi in room

Cons: 1) Room cleanliness was acceptable but floor was dusty. 2) B’fast was decent by continental standards but poor in cooked/warm items. 3) Reception insisted that all clients who use garage leave car keys at reception as they may have to move it even though there was adequate parking space. I was not happy to do this so parked outside. 4) hotel advertises restaurant within hotel with room service. Restaurant was closed throughout our stay. 5) old fashioned bath with fixed shower head. Acceptable but I would prefer a proper modern shower in a cubicle 6) both the tv remote and safe did not work. I suspect batteries were dead. But we did not bother to report it as we could do without.

Pros: Position was excellent with parking available on site. We do not find driving in Europe easy at times so getting to this hotel and parking ended up being a breeze. It was a great position to access both the old town of Regusa and to see a little of the upper town. Our visit was only overnight. The breakfast was reasonable and the staff were exceptionally helpful with information on where to go and what to see in our short stay.

Pros: Staff were very pleasent and friendly. Hotel was in good, clean condition as we're the rooms. Bathroom facilities were excellent, really powerful and hot shower. Clean and tidy.

Cons: The bed was rock hard and was very difficult to relax and get comfortable in. Worst thing was the noise. The rooms are very poorly sound proofed and I was woken up by people singing, moving furniture and children screaming from late at night to early morning. So, an awful night's sleep. Shame.
