Pros (+) The location was convenient, right off I-90, lots of food/store options nearby.
Cons (-) First room assigned was not clean (used towels, bedding, trash, and smell of cigarettes) the front desk attendant did not apologize; only offered to move us to a different room. This one was clean and ready for guests. Customer service and cleanliness were lacking.

Pros (+) The location is excellent, close to anything I might need. Forty minutes to Mount Rushmore National Park. An hour to Black Hills Playhouse. Ruffle an hour to Crazy Horse Memorial. I found it ideal.
Cons (-) What could be improved. Not much, If you need more then coffee & donut to get your day started, that is at near by Restaurants. There were sufficient places to charge all of my electronics though some of the plugs that were direct USB plug in were broken. It might have been just my luck to have been in two different rooms and both ran out Kleenex Tissues.
