Pros (+) The manager seemed a bit more worried about company image then safety of a very young child locked in room next door screaming and pounding on door trying to get out. I should have called 911 which he did after putting child thru more stress than require. Long story short, child goes to grandma and mother goes to jail. Next time always call911!!!!!!!!
