Pros (+) There was nothing to like. After trying 3 different rooms, I couldn't stay. The rooms are dirty. The furniture shows water damage and is growing mold. The carpet is full of stains

Pros (+) The rooms were clean and A/C worked great. Great location within walking distance of beach, boardwalk, and down town shops
Cons (-) Pool was dirty and overly chlorinated. Hallways very hot and elevator was out of service several times during our 5 day trip.

Pros (+) We loved how close to the beach and other rehoboth attractions we were. The parking garage was a nice touch as well.
Cons (-) The most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. I tossed and turned all night and woke up with a sore back every morning. I honestly was glad to head hi ome after 3 nights to a nice bed.
