Excellent 10.0
Pros: The most welcoming, friendly and professional staff members. Great location, super clean and well kept Covid wise. The breakfast is yummy, and rich, I had two perfect massages at the spa. Paradise is here and we can't wait to come back. If you are going to Aruba without kids- this is the only place to stay!! You wont regret
Cons: Nothing!!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The proximity to your own immaculate beach. The staff was also incredibly helpful and welcoming. On-site covid testing helped us easily get back to the US
Cons: The pool was way too cold and the jacuzzi pretty cold as well. The pool being behind the restaurant made it feel distant from any real atmosphere.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The service, cleanliness, quality, breakfast, bar The whole experience was the best we ever had!
Cons: The unfair fight for the front row umbrellas!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The food was good and the service was outstanding,
Cons: Nothing it’s breakfast
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The amazing view
Cons: Some employees are very ‘loud’ and ‘there’..

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The host is super special. Always available and ready to give you a ride.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location,The Bed and hot shower!! Dutch pancakes and fresh fruit!!!!The owner is very cool too 😎
Cons: Everything was great!!!! Nothing to dislike!!!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The breakfast was very awesome. We quality as well as the quality was great. He made sure we were comfortable.
Cons: There’s nothing that I really didn’t like about the property. It was a comfortable stay.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Such a beautiful place to unwind and forget about the hectic world outside! Tropical inner garden provides plenty of private spaces to enjoy the Caribbean sun or rest in the shadow under the palms. Cooling yourself down in the pool is another tempting option😉 Clean & spacious rooms with all the facilities, great breakfast, very welcoming hosts! As the hotel is a bit far away from the coastline, they provide a daily shuttle to the most beautiful beaches in Aruba. Definitely recommend👌🏻
Excellent 10.0
Pros: THE BREAKFAST WAS EXELENT, THE PLACE IS NICE WELL KEPT AND CLEAN
Cons: NOTHING
Excellent 9.0
Pros: This is a small, no-frills but extremely comfortable boutique hotel close to downtown. We wanted to avoid the crowds at the larger resorts due to the pandemic. So this was the perfect, laid-back getaway that we were hoping for. Gaaston (the owner) is very friendly, hospitable and helpful. He served us hearty breakfasts each morning. The breakfast is quite inexpensive compared to average Aruban prices. The hotel is not very close to the beaches by walk, but Gaaston is around to give guests a ride (~10 minutes by car). There are beach towels, snorkeling gear, beach bags, hats and other beach accessories for guests to borrow. There's plenty of well ventilated, outdoor space to hang out (we were trying to avoid closed, air conditioned spaces). Each room had a cute patio adjoining. There's a small swimming pool and plenty of lounging area by the pool side. It's a small hotel, so you don't have to wait for too long for your turn to use the pool! For animal lovers - you'll find a friendly dog and a cat on site. Aruba is fairly expensive, compared to several other Caribbean countries. Wonders Boutique Hotel was a comfortable, relatively affordable option that helped us save our money for more fun things (especially enjoying all the wonderful food and drink!) in Aruba.
Cons: Not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity (you'll have to walk downtown). Downtown is 10-15 minutes by walk, but it gets too hot to walk to downtown by mid day and the streets are not very well lit to walk back at night (quite safe, however). Would highly recommend renting a car to get around this issue. Cars are cheap ($26 a day) and the hotel has plenty of parking space! There were mosquitoes and bugs in the outdoor areas - but this is a problem throughout the island, given the hot climate. Invest in bug spray!

Excellent 9.0
Pros: This is our second time here and plan to come back again. We love the quaintness. A true relaxing vacation.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Rooms are clean and upgraded. Amazing beach. Staff front desk very friendly.
Cons: See title. Dated resort, see pictures.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was perfect
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very relaxed and intimate atmosphere, beautiful beach (and very easy, nice walk to Divi, Eagle, and Palm Beach), beautiful sunsets (awesome views from beach and rooms), yoga deck on the beach (yoga mats are available for free), great food and wine, excellent service, and exceptionally friendly staff.
Cons: There is nothing we didn’t like. A small inside leisure area (eg with a small shop to buy souvenirs or refreshments) would have been nice, but a shopping plaza is just a few steps away from the resort anyway.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Gem of the island..Fantastic hotel and the best beach on the island. We took a car and drove around, ended up returning to the hotel, as other beaches were not as good
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This resort was above our expectations and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it.

Excellent 9.4
Pros: Manchebo sits on a large beach with plenty of chairs/huts per the amount of people staying at the resort. I was able to walk up at noon, and pick out a spot on the frontline. It was a decent walk to the water, but nothing terrible. Never used the pool, but it looked great. Best happy hour on the island! 2 for 1 drinks from 4 to 6. Very quite resort.
Cons: They literally ran out of shampoo at the resort. Also, while we had a garden view room, the workers hung out in that area occasionally, leaving us little to no privacy. Thankfully, we didn't mind that too much, as we hardly were in our room for most of the day.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Stanley and his wife were very nice hosts. Place was safe, clean and wifi and air con worked great. Location was perfect and communication was good
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Perfect hosts. Comfortable mattress. Great wifi. Very suitable for long term stay. 10 minute walk to town centre. 4 minute walk to large supermarket. Air conditioning worked well. Power point near bed. Outdoor seating area. Pool. Fridge. Microwave. Hot plate. Great budget option but hire a car to give you freedom to visit beaches and rest of the island. Booked one of the smaller studios but they have larger options as well.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, cheap, comfortable and the owners are extremely nice and welcoming
Cons: No issues
Excellent 10.0
Pros: My wife and I liked EVERYTHING! We want to go back there again!
Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location is right in between the large university (Xavier) and the Docks and Downtown area (5 minute walk each way). Great place for family visiting medical students to stay at. Rooms have everything you need, Staff here is outstanding. Rooms are great. The price is right. Had my first good night's sleep in Aruba here.
Cons: I can't think of anything I didn't like about this place. The building and facilities were amazing, the staff was friendly. They did have a guard dog who seemed to be a bit on the 'scary side' in it's own area, but it was a big baby who loved being petted. I can't think of anything bad to say about this place.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was perfect! Super friendly hosts, clean and comfortable room and a good location.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: walking distance to Oranistan, great for daylight, not good for night
Cons: Too far from beach. Didn't feel safe walking at night to apartment from downtown.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Ingrid and her husband is the best hosts!!!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The owner made my stay a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. He arranged a late checkout and provided inexpensive transport to the airport.

Okay 5.0
Pros: Flamingo Beach the infinity pool staff at the infinity pool was great and bartender
Cons: My Wife had an accident on the escalator her new Christian loubotin heels got caught in the escalator and pulled her out of both shoes and damaged them severely. The first manager I spoke with was rude and said my wife should watched where she was stepping. The next day a different manager took $198 off my bill at checkout which wasn't even half of what shoe cost not to mention it was valentines day and my wife's birthday when this happened and we were on our way to dinner.
Good 6.0
Cons: Hidden tax fees on bill.... unacceptable
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I don’t usually like to stay in really touristy areas-however this was an exception because they have a private island you can visit the flamingos/iguanas, which definitely elevated the experience. Also the staff was very friendly and accommodating which made our stay really nice as well!
Cons: It’s right next to the cruise ships, so again you see a lot of tourists-can sometimes be long lines at the restaurants etc...because they will come in groups. But nothing the hotel can control.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Pretty much eveything :) Room, staff, breakfast, etc.
Cons: When wandering off the main track on the Renaissance Island, I found plastic and other garbage laying scattered around. Not what you would expect on a paradise island.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Accommodations were great. The hotel was also located in a great area so there was other places to see or shop just outside of the hotel. The food was better than expected. The adult side was open and airy, but the family side was also beautiful.
Cons: Some of the staff were abrasive or actually ignored me instead of serving me. I think I was actually profiled, I don’t know if that was Aruban culture or the behavior of Latin American transplants but it was horrible. Work on that!
Good 7.0
Pros: Everything was fine and when I purchase this hotel I made sure this was all inclusive, because I asked for all inclusive hotel and your hotel pop up so I booked it , and come to fined out it wasn't, Very disappointed.
Cons: everything was fine until our lock failed and we had to wait for a while to make sure the battery was change and we lost at least 2 hours waiting
Okay 4.0
Pros: i loved having the opportunity to visit the private island - and see the flamingos.
Cons: - poor quality front desk staff - did not hate consistent message from phone staff - room upgrade cost unreasonable - put in handicapped room for no reason
Okay 4.2
Cons: The room was mecer impecable ! We has to call everyday With a complaint that ir was dirty!
Okay 4.0
Pros: Clean
Cons: Terrible location - no beach!!!!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Friendly staff. Everything accessible & convenient
Cons: n/a
Excellent 8.5
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Breakfast buffet at aquarius. Private island offer beach to a waterfront (but not beachfront property)
Cons: Old, aged building, NOT beachfront, staff friendly (sometimes) but not helpful. Property even adult side not fun for singles.
Good 6.0
Pros: Location to food and other amenities.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very clean and roomy
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was very friendly and willing to take care of any need that I had. The rooms were very nice and maintained clean. The property as well was maintained clean at all times. The beds were very comfortable. I felt comfortable calling it my home.
Cons: I would like for the guests to return their unused towels at the pool to be washed when not in use so that the empty chairs can be reused. This is just common manners.

Excellent 9.7
Pros: Staff was very friendly. We received a free upgrade overall experience was great!! Highly recommended!!
Cons: N/A
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved the location, type of people vacationing, the boat that leaves from the hotel lobby is one of a kind, the private island is so relaxing and beautiful, the staff is all friendly and eager to help, so glad we picked this resort!
Cons: We had an issue with our room one night and the front desk assisted us with switching rooms.
Excellent 9.4
Cons: Wait staff was slow and not attentive at the bar at the hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: There was nothing I did not like! Love love love the private island!!!!! Very contemporary hotel . Love it!!!
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and attend to your every need.
Good 7.7
Pros: The location is excellent, and access to activities through the city was very simple. Staff is very courteous, rooms were well maintained and clean.
Cons: The pool area had DJ playing so loud that it was hindersome in the room in the afternoon and early evening. Pool is rather small and not enough places to relax during early evening hours. The rooms were pricey for the amenities provided. Staying at the Marriott on the west side of the island offers more amenities, larger room and less cost. But after all, it IS all about location, location, location, and the Rennaissance has it!
Good 7.7
Pros: Great location in the heart of Oranjastad. Easy walk to great restaurants. Very clean. The staff were wonderful, especially Berlinda who helped us with restaurant reservations.
Cons: There is no real beach unless you ferry out to the private island. The island is pretty, but windy. There were no beach chairs available and even more limited if you wanted one in the shade. At the Marina, there is a modest sized pool but no beach chairs available in the mid afternoon. There is music playing all day, so there is no place in the resort for peace and quiet except your room. The room was modest sized, but a bit dated. It was quite expensive.
Good 6.6
Cons: "Island View" does not mean a view of the private island. The front desk told me this means an island view as in Aruba is and island and you can view it.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: The staff was friendly and remembered us during our stay. The room was comfortable and well equipped. There were many activities on premise which kept us busy, and the private island was beautiful. We enjoyed a couples massage and dinner for two package which was excellent.
Cons: The location was right at a shopping mall and plaza with plenty to do, but it was further away from the main hotel area where the nightlife and many of our friends were staying. Taxi trips to meet our friends or go out started to add up over our stay.

Good 7.0
Pros: Great beach across the street lots of sand space and always a palapas available. The 3 pool areas were also very nice. We had a great pool view too. Rain shower was nice.
Cons: The room was a bit dirty we saw ants all the time too. You can see water damage on the bathroom vanity bottom outside near toilet. There was a musty smell when we first walked in the room that did eventually go away. Toilet was too small too.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff who drove trolley Also the pool and activities were great
Cons: It could use some updating of rooms esp. tub and bathroom
Excellent 10.0

Excellent 10.0
Good 6.0
Pros: We knew the grounds and surrounding areas. Pool was nice, but dirty every day from the wind blown trees.
Cons: Our room was on the ground level, lots of bugs. We asked to switch rooms. Told there were none so they gave us bug spray. Our front door stopped working, twice. Front desk didn't offer anything for our troubles. On the last day we were going to sitwch to a different room and was told to be there at 12:45pm, room wasn't ready, very frustrating.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I can't think of anything I did not like.
Good 6.2
Pros: 1-bedroom unit and amenities were more than adequate and clean.
Cons: Infinity pool needs some maintenance. Tiles along side are falling off. Contaminated water at the end of our stay make a lot of people sick and staff was not forthright in dealing with it. As of this writing, they're still handing out bottled water. Not sure they handled this emergency well at all! Too bad.....
Excellent 8.6
Cons: Environment taxes that I did not find out about until the day of my checkout. I don't have a problem with paying taxes, I just don't like one's that I don't know about.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Most things
Cons: Need shady, smoking areas near the bar with low chairs,as my wife cannot get on the bar chairs. Also a cafe serving tea as well as speciality coffees would be very nice.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Fantastic choice of food at the all inclusive. Drinks also really good. Wide range of restaurants and bars to choose from. Beaches are superb and very clean. Very happy
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Quiet, clean, friendly and kind staff. We had a Studio Villa - very nice - a good view to the ocean - good restaurants with good food - we will be back
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved that the property is on the beach. The all inclusive stay allows you to use the facilities at the Tamarijn and the Divi Aruba. Makes for a great value to book at the Divi Dutch Village!
Cons: Not much of a con, but you had to walk 5-10 minutes to the other resorts if you wanted to use the pools, bars, food. However the resorts do have a shuttle that will take you from each resort to save time and avoid walking.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location, easy to move around, access to multiple resort locations, many food choices and the value.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Property is large, beautiful, with lovely beech.
Cons: There are multiple pools throughout three resorts available to all guests, however guests have to get towels only at the designated hubs it the resort they stay.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything else. Amazing service, food and amenities.
Cons: Long waits for help at concierge. No change for laundry. One staff member sent me to another location when what I was looking for was in our complex. I found it myself. Hard to find food after 3 and before supper
Okay 4.6
Pros: Tough one as I did like very few things; perhaps the buffet restaurant at the Tamarijn. The Alahambra at night time.
Cons: In general people are very unfriendly, specially the bar at the pool in the tamarijn. Food wasn’t great, bathroom at the pool in the tamarijn smels awful.
Good 6.2
Pros: Hotel was great for the price. Proximity to the beach was a plus. Arrived and received an "upgrade" to golf resort, although that wasn't explained.
Cons: Staff was not friendly, especially compared to what you find elsewhere on the island. Have been visiting for 15 years and this was the first time it felt small requests (where can we find towels) were a bother.

Mediocre 3.0
Cons: rooms are very small, 2 bunk beds jammed up with no window. very noisy if I open the door, very sufficating when I close the door. The whole night is a struggle netween noisy air conditioner, noices from the street, light from the hallway, no fresh air or mosquitos...Not possible to sleep. Bathroom not clean.
Good 7.0
Pros: The service was good and it was a quite time so a lot of space for myself. Thank you to the lady working at the front desk. Was very plesant talking and helped with issues. I booked a single room because of covid. I got a big room with 4 beds but no other guests.
Cons: Separate buildings didn't create a group atmosphere and the pool area of the main building wasn't what I had hoped. Private bathroom was nice..although the location next to the kitchen and shared area wasn't great
Good 6.0
Pros: The location. Nice people. Clean.
Cons: The bed was too hard. The smell was not fresh. No bug screens or windows. We had to hold the shower head in our hand.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Affordable, central location, great owners and clean and comfortable. Loved it!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was allright and at the right place. Subjey, the girl who managed the property is amazing, always smiling and was fulfilling our requests for extra towels or new toaster. Nice bedroom, nice bathroom with large shower. Kitchen well equipped and large lounge-living room. Nice outdoor space to enjoy the sun and the warm air of Aruba.
Cons: Nothing to complain.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Came to Aruba for vacation with my friend and brother. Being college students we had a budget from what we had saved for the trip. Luckily Pista Q was the best bang for our buck, we came from Los Angeles a very expensive place and we found the prices being high at the restaurants, bars/clubs in Aruba and were grateful we saved our money for activities and going out rather than a 5 star resort. Pista Q is practical, in the heart of downtown and 5 minute walk from the beach and to the bus depot it’s very convenient for taking all local transportation. It’s also a block away from the local police station , although Aruba has an A1 safety rating and extremely low crime, it makes you feel better being in an unfamiliar country. Not only that but the block has a security guard who is a very nice and friendly man. He stays all night and maintains the block and can help you with any questions or the local area.Even the locals in the area greeted us and were very hospitable. The rooms were very clean and the kitchen had everything you would need. The tap water is very clean in Aruba and we had no problem drinking it. With Aruba’s desalinization process the water tasted amazing like strait from a spring rather than the ocean. There was a living room area as well with a tv that had cable as well. The AC worked amazing , probably to good. We woke up freezing in the night, so that was a plus being on a such hot island. And last the hospitality was amazing , the host a very nice Venezuelan lady , helped us with any need we had and was quick to get us fresh towels , directions and any help we needed. She even offered to do a load of laundry for us. Not sure if that was normal but either way it was a great gesture. But yes there is a washer and dryer at the property so you can do laundry which is very nice. The host made the experience mainly. She didn’t speak English really but that’s expected going to a foreign country.
Cons: No hot water but most homes/ hostels don’t have hot water
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Close to everything. Very central
Cons: No lockers
Mediocre 3.7
Cons: I ended up just paying for an Airbnb in addition to this place because I had a guest arrive and the staff was so hostile that I chose to go to a place with a better location and nicer facilities even though it would mean paying for rooms twice. Even though there was rooms to upgrade to they didn’t bother to offer them to me and I decided I would go elsewhere.

Pros: I liked that it was a decent price compared to the other hotels, but you definitely get what you pay for here.
Cons: They made us pay our entire stay upfront, we were staying a week so this was a significant amount to pay up front when we have no idea what to expect from our stay. We have always been accustomed to paying for the hotel at checkout, not at check-in. So this really rubbed us the wrong way. The breakfast at first was decent, then in the middle of our one week stay, they changed it up to buffet-style breakfast, and I just did not like it. The lunch/dinner at this hotel was terrible, save your money and walk across the street to the food truck, they have amazing food for cheaper and can feed you for the whole day. The toilet in our room got clogged and when we went to inform the front desk they basically told us there was nothing they could do bc maintenance was not on-site at the time. I went to find the cleaning lady and she was able to give me a plunger, welp... I had to unclog my own toilet... nice. They also sold us expired CHILL beer, we were there 12/2020 and the beer expired 8/2020.
Good 7.0
Pros: Ok breakfast. Room was a bit old and smelled a bit. Pool was nice! Noisy in the evening.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great breakfast! Location was great as well!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location is 👌. Staff are just lovely, were able to accommodate booking requests for tours to cars. Just lovely crew at TOTT hotel. With covid restrictions, the simple breakfast was shifted to the beach front. Simply stunning. Toes in the sand, coffee in hand, sun overhead. Thoroughly recommend.
Cons: Be aware the rooms close to main road take alot of street noise, ask for a room inside complex facing pool.
Good 6.0
Pros: Great location in front of the beach with good restaurants, comfortable beds, refri and well working aircon!
Cons: Room was not really clean with many dead insects on the floor. Check-In process over 40 minutes because we booked last minute over booking due to a cancelled flight. Pool was not well maintained, bathroom was full of water on the floor on arrival. Price is absolutely too high for this value!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hotel was wonderful. Very clean and great staff! Walked from the airport (30 minute walk). ARUBA letters are right outside of hotel for great pictures. Gift shop was reasonably priced. We did not have a chance to eat at the property or enjoy the pool, but I am sure it is wonderful. Jessica at the front desk is the best!! She helped us book our ATV rentals from George's rentals and arranged for transportation on my birthday! She also helped me with the currency exchange to pay the cab. She definitely went above and beyond to make our stay. We enjoyed telling her all about our days of adventures each evening and sharing our pictures with her each night. Overall a wonderful hotel and most important is how clean it was!!!
Cons: Loved the hotel; nothing bad to report. The only challenges we had were the channels on the TV, but who comes to Aruba for television? Highly recommend TOTT!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful
Cons: Due to COVID19 restourant was open only in the morning
Good 6.0
Pros: simply decorated and clean rooms. nice size rooms
Cons: Loud noises, no catering or breakfast on premises, late check-in. There is an airport nearby that completely deafens the environment. No privacy
Excellent 8.5
Cons: Lobby. No porters

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nice view and perfect location
Poor 1.0
Pros: The location was good and the front porch and exterior was very nice. Close to airport and very friendly staff.
Cons: Most everything inside needed updating and the sofa bed was awful for my kids plus it did not include any pillows or blankets so they slept between two sheets with no pillows. Kitchen was in dire need of help and few things were broken. For example the kitchen chair collapsed when my daughter sat in it and the stove top wouldn't light so we couldn't make our breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Right on the water and close to Airport. If you have car makes it totally worth wild place to stay. Amazing view of ocean and huge place with full kitchen and balcony. This is a hidden Gym and great value. Perfect place to escape
Cons: Not know the place was getting updates with Cable and telephone line.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The guest from Holland who located the manager for us because they were the only ones on the property when we arrived and we had no means of communication with anyone.
Cons: What breakfast? The place was deserted when we arrived. One guest from Holland helped us get ahold of the manager who showed up a couple of hours later. We sat on a porch waiting. In the middle of no where. Manager did call a taxi for us as we had no working phones and there was no way to contact anyone. Manager was personable. Tried her best. Our a/c did not work. She had some one there there to fix it with an hour or so. Newly purchased property that will need some work but does have potential. The wifi was not yet installed so they bought sim cards but did not work in my phone so totally isolated. You must have a car to stay there. I suspect if you were staying an extended period this would not be a bad place if you had working phone and car. Refrigerator worked. Also have to take into account that Aruba just opened to the US the day we left. I am sure the owner will be fixing things as soon as possible. But the price was low and we just needed a place near the airport for an overnight so with the exception of no internet and no ability to contact anyone in the outside world we are not complaining.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Private dock, full refrigerator, great ocean view, out of the way, breeze flows through windows or you can have air conditioning.
Cons: Old gas stove hard to read the knob. No oven or microwave. Behind airport so moments of noise but there aren’t that many flights.
Good 6.3
Pros: The price was right for an overnight stay.
Cons: When I got there, there was garbage in the kitchen and in the bathroom… It had not been removed before our stay. Also, the bed was very hard. In addition, when the bathroom faucet was turned on, it only ran for a couple seconds and then shut off. The shower did work but you couldn’t fill the tub for a bath. There’s nothing to do around the property and there’s only one place to eat.

Excellent 8.2
Pros: Snorkeling was great! Loved the ocean views
Cons: Drinks were reeeeeeeeeeeally weak Wife got food poisoning
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Get a first floor room. Open your sliding door and your toes are in the sand. Drinks and food are decent. You will not go Hungry or thirsty. Lots of different options for snacks and food throughout the day. We loved taking long strolls on the beach. It's awesome that you have access to the Divi. Typical routine includes getting a drink at the bunker bar, walk down and sit by the pool to people watch, get a new drink (and maybe some chicken strips), continue the walk down the beach. Nice 10 minute walk to the divi... By that time you are ready for a new drink, grab one at the first bar. Continue the walk to the divi pool and beach area, people watch, lay in the sun, listen to a live band, grab another drink and take a stroll back to the Tam. Lots of activities. Book them early so you won't be directly in the sun. We did a snorkeling/snuba trip (booked at hotel). I would highly highly recommend. We did the ATV tours and it is by far the best way to see the island. We went to the natural pools, natural bridge, an old gold refinery, and a really neat rock formation. We went downtown. And it really only took us a few hours to get a good experience. We took a cab, which was fine... But we regret not using one of the hotels bikes to ride down. We aren't horribly athletic so we didn't want to commit to a bike ride downtown in a different country. However, we drove along a really nice, flat, bike path leading directly downtown... Wished right away we did the bikes. The Spa was awesome! We did massages and a body wrap.. So relaxed. Do not bring pants... You will not wear them. Bring some nicer shorts for dinner and you will be fine. Girls, sundresses and bathing suits... No need to get too fancy. always bring extra sunscreen, expensive to buy on the island.
Cons: We had to leave. Palm grill was our least favorite restaurant... But fun and worth doing once.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: It’s super clean and staff is super friendly
Cons: The bar was closed due to COVID
Excellent 8.0
Cons: The breakfast wasn't served as i inspected..... my inspectation were that they served between 7-10am. My first day i was suprised that the lady knock on my door and remind me that we have breakfast included (two thumbs up) (around 10.30am), but the next day i was early waiting for breakfast untill i checkout at 11am and no breakfast.
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: We stayed for 4 days. The next morning after we checked in i went to the office and asked if they come to clean up our room. They said, nò we have a special so no. I thought a special?? So i leave. The next day i went again to office and saw another lady i asked her if they can come to clean our room. Cause we are 2 people , the bathroom do not have door do not have a mat on the floor so it becomes dirthy and need to be cleaned everyday. I told her if i need to pay I will do it then, she said no she will do her best to let them do that. I leave the hotel for attraction and when i returned i saw they cleaned our room, but leaves only on towel, without floor mat etc. So i think they need to use a checklist or controlling the rooms after cleaning. The curtains where visible, so the guests can pass in the hallways and see in our room when we are in bathrooms. So there is things to make better.
Good 6.0
Pros: Great team, friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: the only thing I missed during my stay was housekeeping not coming to clean my room not even to take the waste bin.
Good 6.2
Pros: 2nd time I’ve stayed here. It’s cheap and close to my timeshare that has a Sunday check in. I fly in on Saturday and stay here to get an extra vacation day. Bare basics room.
