I like the comfortable, homey, feel for the property. It's laid out very well and conveniently located.

Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and the cleanliness of the rooms. Many found the beds comfortable and the atmosphere peaceful. However, several guests reported issues with service, including rude or unhelpful staff, overbooking, and problems with refunds. There were also repeated complaints about the elevators not working and dissatisfaction with the breakfast options. Room was not clean during my stay
Staff was very friendly and every thing was very clean. And considering its proximity to the main road it was very quiet too.
This hotel has seen better days. The decor is dated and it wasn’t especially clean. The staff are not very friendly and maid service was by request only.
We always enjoy our stay at this hotel.
Pros (+) No superior - better than adequate
Cons (-) More space in dining area, more varied menu.
Pros (+) Extremely clean, great staff, good price value, lots of amenities,
Cons (-) There is a chlorine smell from indoor pool that travels down the corridor and in the elevators. 4th floor rooms are loud from equipment on roof.
