Very helpful staff and the bedding was very comfortable.
Standard toiletry items like shower cap, toothbrush and toothpaste should be included in the bathroom rather than having to head down to the concierge to request for them.
I was told that I could not earn Hilton honors points as I did not book the hotel directly by the front desk. And not given any recognition for my HHonors level.

The proximity to the airport and bus station couldn't be better. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

The room seemed a bit dirty. The toilet wouldn't flush properly, and the toilet paper roller (on which the toilet paper hangs) was crusty. The breakfast was also a little on the stale side, but there were no places to sit anyway, so I decided not to stick around for long.
