Pros:Very helpful staff and the bedding was very comfortable.
Cons:Standard toiletry items like shower cap, toothbrush and toothpaste should be included in the bathroom rather than having to head down to the concierge to request for them.
Cons:I was told that I could not earn Hilton honors points as I did not book the hotel directly by the front desk. And not given any recognition for my HHonors level.
Pros:The proximity to the airport and bus station couldn't be better. The room was spacious and very comfortable.
Pros:The people who worked at the hotel were all so friendly!
Cons:The room seemed a bit dirty. The toilet wouldn't flush properly, and the toilet paper roller (on which the toilet paper hangs) was crusty. The breakfast was also a little on the stale side, but there were no places to sit anyway, so I decided not to stick around for long.
