The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were excellent. The location was perfect for sightseeing and walking and the hotel catered well for the children in our group.

ALL the staff (really all of them) were always very courteous and i felt all my belonging were safe. when i stay in other hotels i always take my passport and wallet out with me, i dont even trust the safes; not here. even when i moved rooms, the staff brought things i forgot to my new room. excellent wifi internet facility.

The breakfast was more than adequate and the fresh orange juice was amazing in the morning. The hotel staff are welcoming and speak good english. I would never go to a hotel like this as a couple unless a young couple looking for cheapest option. This is an adequate hotel for traveling with friends and having single beds in the room.

Pros: Across the street from the beach. It makes it easy to have a beach day with out worrying about logistics. Just make a right out the door and cross the street. There is no Ocean view though. But you won't need one because you're so close. The staff is very friendly.

Pros: possibly the location, but would rather stay in Ipanema or Leblon. Was definitely not worth the price. Pretty old and worn down inside. Scary and dark. Did not seem that clean.

Pros: The staff was helpfull,and breakfast good but nothing more.We stayed there for 3night,but after that we changed hotel,200reals for one night is to mutch only 50reals is good,this is not 4star hotel only 1-2star,elavaors was lazy take long time to get them ,faster to take the stairs,first room we got was dirty,air conditon was not working and no balcony just 3 walls like jail,but we got another right awy.
