It’s a genius property, so I got an upgrade the first nice for a good price. The second night I wanted to stay again but I had to pay the normal rate for the room which was unfortunate. The breakfast was OK, nothing special.
The second day, my key stopped working and no keys they made would work, so every time I left and had to go back to the room, they had to come with me to let me in. The window wouldn’t close all the way after I opened it. The TV connection was TRASH. Absolutely horrible.

This was an excellent value for money stay. the bathrooms had been renewed recently. Breakfast was included and was great, with a small but ample selection of hot and cold food. would recommend.
The area generally is in a bit of upset due to the Riyadh Metro works. While getting to the hotel was easy. finding my way out of the area was more difficult. This is only temporary but confusing.

This is not a Hyatt. This is false advertising and I will be filing a formal complaint to Hyatt, booking.com and any other governing body. An absolute flea pit of a hotel.
Everything was terrible. Service, room was disgusting, dirty, old, next to piles of rubble, smelt bad and was completely mis-sold.
