Summary of reviews
Guests say
Overall, guests praised the hotel for its clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and convenient location near shopping and events. Many found the property well-maintained and the service accommodating, with several positive mentions of staff going above and beyond. However, a recurring disappointment was the breakfast, which many found lacking in hot options and not as advertised. Some guests also noted minor maintenance issues and occasional difficulties finding the hotel, but the positives of cleanliness, service, and location stood out in most reviews.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The hotel is within 7 mins of the mayo. There are a handful of great places to eat at. The hot tub is awesome and the beds are pretty comfy.
Cons (-) My room was right next to the elevator and whenever someone came to the floor I could hear the ding.
Pros (+) Very clean and updated. Nice room for the money. would stay again when going mayo
Pros (+) We stopped here overnight on our way home from Thanksgiving. The facilities were extremely clean and very well kept. The staff was also very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
