Jumer's Casino and Hotel is located in Rock Island Illinois just a 2 hour drive from Chicago. The hotel offers a state of the art casino, indoor pool, fitness center, patio with fire pit, and four different restaurants to choose from.
Guests can choose from 205 newly remodeled rooms, including new master suites. The master suite rooms feature a master bedroom with separate living room, Jacuzzi tub, full kitchen, and balconies off the living room and master bedroom. The hotel has special rooms that offer a hypo-allergenic space that provides guests with PURE'S air-purification system. These special PURE rooms allow guests to stay in a room that eliminates airborne irritants and odors, for those with allergies.
Jumer's Casino and Hotel has a 42,000 square foot Las-Vegas style casino. Gamblers can choose from over a 1,000 slot machines, including a high limit slot room, and 18 table games which include live poker, roulette, and craps. The slot machines are changed to add new and exciting themes on a regular bases, from penny to $25 slots. The casino provides comfortable, exciting, and friendly surroundings to guests.
Jumer's Casino and Hotel has four dining options. DJ's Steakhouse features seafood and steaks. The Player's Buffet is conveniently located adjacent to the casino floor and offers casual dining. The buffet features a carving station, an Asian and international station, and all the usual buffet favorites. The Blue Square Cafe offers family favorites such as burgers, salads, and milkshakes. Pros (+) The room was nice, nothing extravagant but a decent hotel room.
Cons (-) The casino was bad. Thursday night gambling and they only had 1 $10 blackjack table, and craps was a minimum $10 bets even on non-pass line bets. They had 1 poker table going for 1-2 no limit even though the waitlist was 8 people long and they wouldn’t start a second table. Lack of other games was also noticeable.
