Krsna's Castle (Hunt's Castle)

Located on the waters of the Aransas Bay that sits behind San Jose Island is Hunt’s Castle. This is a resort that offers guests breathtaking views and the longest pier in all of Rockport, Texas. The property includes a 1,500 foot fishing pier that is lit up at night.

The hotel only has 45 rooms. They are broken into suites, efficiency suites, and cabins. Guests can book rooms that have full kitchens complete with dishes and cookware to prepare whole meals. Rooms also include private bathrooms, free toiletries, coffee makers, refrigerators, and microwaves. There is air conditioning in all of the rooms. There are rooms that are dog friendly as well.

Dining at Hunt’s Castle can be done in your room since all of the rooms have kitchenettes included. There are barbecue grills on the property for all guests to use. There isn’t a restaurant on the property but there are many in the immediate area. Latitude 28 02 has menu items that are American. Rockport Daily Grind is a coffee shop that’s less than seven minutes away. There are Our Family Kitchen and Los Comales Mexican Restaurant that are within 13 minutes.

Vistitors at Hunt’s Castle can hang out at the pool on the property or go out to walk along the pier. There is fishing on the property that all guests can enjoy. Staff members are happy to help visitors book tours or purchase tickets. Attractions that are close include Aquarium at Rockport Harbor, Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and Aransas Pass Aquatic Center.
