Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the comfortable beds, convenient location, and good breakfast options. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, particularly musty odors and dirty carpets, as well as negative experiences with staff, including rudeness and unavailability. Some guests were disappointed by closed amenities, such as the pool and hot tub, and occasional maintenance issues in rooms. Overall, while the hotel offers comfort and value, improvements in service and cleanliness are needed.
