WiFi did not work. No microwave. I reserved a double queen room and got a single. Carpet was filthy. Left after first night and they wouldn't give a refund for the next night.

Cons (-) Room had the most basic amenities possible and constantly reeked of Marijuana and cigarettes
Pros (+) Although Good Night Inn doesn’t have all the frills of a luxury hotel, it was a very enjoyable and comfortable experience. It provides all the amenities one could want, and is very clean, with a very friendly staff. I recommend it!!
Cons (-) The service is among the worst. The front desk employees and manager are not customer focused and should be fired really.
Pros (+) Overall a clean cost efficient place to stay while in the Santa Rosa area. No frills easy fwy access. Staff polite, helpful and friendly.

Pros (+) The location was great, right near the Doubletree where the conference I was attending was located. Easy on and off the freeway, parking is convenient, lots of fast food and stores nearby. The TV works. The price is super cheap for the area--but the place sucks.

Also, when I arrived the toilet wasn't flushed--ew! And the shower is so short it's uncomfortable to crouch (and I'm only 5'7"), and the water pressure is a dribble. Pros (+) Very basic, but very clean, rooms. Staff was cheery and helpful. Taco Bell and Burger King are a stone's throw from the front door, as is a fuel station. Lots of other restaurants and shopping opportunities nearby. It's quite close to the highway, so noise can be an issue, especially on the back side. Cons (-) Rooms dont have even have a coffee maker. Seriously ? For those prices, thag should be in every room. No fridge or microwave. Just ok for a nights sleep. Nice staff though. Ans didn't see any bugs. Always a plus.
Pros (+) Manager reimbursed our first night that we had no air conditioning (it was hot)!! No blow dryer. Shower head so low my husband had to kneel to take a shower.
Cons (-) Fixed the air conditioner for our second night, much more comfortable. Close to a number of restaurants.
