1. WiFi was not working. On complaining, they said we can't do anything. U may come to reception to connect. 2. Room maintenance was very poor. 3. Double room size was ok but at the same cost single room size was less than half of double room size. 4. Breakfast- very poor

Staff is very helpful. It is very close to everywhere we want to visit. You can walk or takebus or metro. All of them are very close to hotel.
There is a bad smell in the bathroom. The breakfast is too poor. There isn't even a towel in the room.
