Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness, with many describing rooms and common areas as very clean and well-maintained. The location was appreciated for its proximity to public transport and main attractions, while still being in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Service received positive remarks, especially for the friendly and accommodating staff, 24-hour reception, and helpfulness with early check-in and luggage storage. Many guests also felt the hotel offered good value for money, considering its amenities and prices. Some negative feedback included issues with uncomfortable beds, thin walls, and occasional problems with breakfast variety or room features, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives.
