Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for sightseeing and public transport. The staff is often described as friendly and helpful, with some guests appreciating the daily cleaning service. However, several reviews mention that the rooms do not always match the photos online, and there are recurring complaints about cleanliness, noise between rooms, and occasional issues with amenities such as air conditioning and hot water. While some guests found the rooms comfortable and the value good, others were dissatisfied with room size, noise, and unexpected changes in accommodation.
