Location is excellent and hotel has an old world charm
We were placed in what would seem on of the few ground floor rooms near reception, this really is no location for a room. We were constantly disturbed and prevented from sleeping, noise of returning guests till early hours of the morning and then it would all start again with preparation for breakfast at around 6am, 5 hours sleep a night on holiday?? The hotel really needs to reconsider the continued use of this room, Room 2. I rarely give detailed or negative feedback but this really has been the worst nights sleep I’ve had in a hotel. I am staying for another two nights and when I complained to reception they acted as if they didn’t know what I was talking about and that it should have been quite, I don’t think this is the first time someone has had to complain. Really sad as hotel is lovely and location perfect
older hotel with a lot of charme, friendly people and good breakfast
Old world charm decor lovely
Check in bit chaotic & breakfast room too small for the amount of guests. Throw that stupid pod coffee machine over the bridge.
Breakfast was plentiful and lovely. Location is absolutely perfect. Car parking was easy. The girls gave thorough instructions on check-in. It is easy to find, easy to drive there and easy to park/exit as well as good value for money. Our room had a door looking onto an internal courtyard. Recently renovated, very comfortable, and very beautiful. Bathroom absolutely beautiful and included a very comfortable bath with jets. The building itself is historical / traditional style, very interesting and lovely to walk/sit all around. Espresso machine in the rooms was a lovely bonus. Staff are amazing. Seems the ladies run things very efficiently and no detail is overlooked.
The wifi in our room (20) was not very strong, very patchy. (However not sure if this was due to the Ronda area being patchy or if it was because we were too far from the router). Really not a big problem. This place is just beautiful and I highly recommend.
This charming hotel is perfectly situated to explore Ronda, but on a quiet street. My room was beautifully decorated, with a giant jacuzzi tub. Staff were wonderfully helpful, gave me great tips on things to see and do, and even gave me a free pass to see the Arab Baths at night. I loved the common area with the library. Would definitely stay here again.
