Pros (+) My husband and I had to wait for escrow to close on a house we purchased. We had sold our house so we had nowhere to go. We checked into Larkspur Landing and what a nice surprise. I especially liked the kitchenette and free laundry. It meet all our needs.
Cons (-) The TV would occasionally black out. We would have to unplug it and then plug it back in to make it work again.
