Pros: The room was very nice. On of the better rooms I have been in.

Cons: The bar and the bartender was lacking knowledge, personality, and ability. Other then that it was great.

Pros: .The staff was super polite and the room was clean.

Cons: No information left in room on what was available as far as food from the hotel. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It actually felt like I was sleeping on the box spring. I would also like to see some charging ports for electronic devices in the room. I’ve stayed at this particular Hyatt many times but just wasn’t impressed with this stay.

Pros: Best hot breakfasts! Large room, comfortable king bed. Less than 15 minutes from Thunder Valley. Close to restaurants and roadways to get places. Quiet and insulated rooms. Nice décor. Staff and servers were outstanding and helpful.

Pros: This property has been completely updated. I have stayed here on and off for years, since it was first built. It is like brand new, all over again! Very nice. We had been staying at another nearby property that raised its rates quite a bit, but was tired and old and right on the freeway. This Holiday Inn Express is more quiet and also now much nicer than where we had been staying. I am happy to be back. We travel here for work about six times per year.

After contacting the Booking.com agent, he repeatedly talked about getting a rollaway bed but this hotel doesn’t have them because there is not enough space in the room for one. I checked out after one night to move to a Courtyard Marriott next door and found rooms with two beds and a sofa bed (which is what I reserved at Homewood thru Booking.com) and the cost was cheaper.

Pros: Plenty of free parking, very, very clean, the grounds are nice there is happy hour Monday - Saturday, you get two free beverages per room (beer, wine or soda), no hard alcohol. They had nachos for an appetizer. The one courtyard is beautiful with a huge deck, outdoor seating and room for plenty of people. The only downside was it was to hot to use during the daytime. Of course it was 104-107 degrees. Great breakfast with make your own waffles or pancakes, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, pastries, breads, hash browns or potatoes, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, yogurts, juices, coffee, tea, cereals. I recommend eating breakfast there instead of eating out. The pool; ok it’s a pool, it’s good sized, it has wonderful loungers, it’s fenced. The only problem is the amount of kids that took up the whole area on Saturday. Sadly, a large group of people - 15-20 came in through an open back door area and took over. They had food everywhere, beer in bottles - hello - NO GLASS allowed. They were not guests of the hotel, it managed to sneak all these people in. We really wanted to swim that night, but once again, non guests snuck in and took up the whole area. If you are serious about swimming laps, get there at 8am. Sunday morning to about 12:00 was perfect. Monday morning was even better. Location is excellent. A lot to do around there. There are also pet friendly. We have a crate for our dog, so we could leave him while we were out. He didn’t bake, which he doesn’t much anyway. The room, 2 queens, a pocket door that closed off the sink and toilet-bathroom area. I would have preferred to have a sink accessible when someone wasn’t using the rest of the bathroom. The room was standard size. Small table, tv, nightstand. They didn’t have a large selection of rooms when I booked, we were ok with the room, but next time, I will look for a larger room or suite. Sorry, I didn’t take any pics. We would definitely stay here again though.

Cons: Non-guests came in through a door that had been left open, there are several homeless living in the bushes on the south side of the property.

Pros: We liked the location and some of the staff was fairly pleasant. The pool wasn’t bad either however the pictures online make it look much bigger than it actually was.

Cons: Some of the front desk staff were unfriendly. The tub didn’t drain so by the time you were nearing the end of your shower the water was above your ankles (gross), the room was carpeted and absolutely disgusting turning our feet black in a matter of a couple walks across the room. The hot tub was down for 2 days... online the hotel/room pics looked like a nice clean place to stay but we were highly disappointed when we walked into our room. We RARELY get to do family getaways due to finances so spending $1200 on a mediocre at best hotel was very maddening and disappointing. When I told the staff at checkout about the tub and floor all they did was knock off $40... we will NOT be staying there again...

Cons: Add FoxNewsChannel to the TV channels! Every other hotel has it, so it’s very disappointing. The manager was rude when I asked about it. Also, the room was freezing when we entered, and still the room smelled stale. I would never stay or recommend this hotel. Best Western is usually much better.

Bed sheets weren't tucked in and wrinkled, so it appeared they weren't changed, but they did seem to be clean sets. Bath linens were not fully restocked until a later visit by housekeeping.

Cons: On the morning of checkout, I didn't appreciate the housekeeping lady standing outside of my door at 11:05 a.m. (Checkout is 11:00 a.m.) My family and I had to navigate around her and her green toter in order to move our bags to the car while she stood there on her phone. We were already on our way out, her standing there attempting to intimidate us to leave was unnecessary and unprofessional. It changed my experience of the hotel and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. In addition, there were too many stray hairs in the bathroom when we arrived.

Pros: Location worked for where I was visiting. Big sized room. Good AC.

Cons: Check-in process was longer than it should've been. The check-in iPad wasn't working so we had to stand there for 10 minutes having her try multiple things. If an electronic system isn't fully reliable, there should be a backup plan to make it easier on guests (and the check-in worker). Got to our room, really good size but the bathroom wasn't fully cleaned and there was pee in the toilet (very inappropriate to not notice this when the cleaners left the room and/or they didn't even clean to begin with). The fire alarm went off as soon as we got in bed at midnight. I understand hotel smoke detectors need to be extra sensitive but hopefully it's not too sensitive just from normal cooking. Bathroom had one tiny thing of shampoo and a bar of soap... not even enough for one person to wash their hair, let alone two people and no conditioner.

Pros: The bed was comfortable

Cons: The towels had someone else's hairs in them. The elevator didn't work. The remote was hard to work. Little tv stations.

Cons: Broken dresser drawers. Otherwise it was good.

Pros: When we got to the room it had not been cleaned, the staff could have been a bit friendlier, we were given another room that was clean , also the hotel was charge to the credit card that was to hold our reservation on the day we booked it !

Cons: See above, we will no longer use your website for anything !

Pros: Close to where we needed to be and the price. Didn’t use it but having a Laundry room would be very convenient if one was taking a road trip

Cons: Tub was slippery. Need a bath mat and no pool but I knew that when I made reservation

Cons: Dirty room and bed, elevator did not work and were on the 3rd floor, no ice maker, fan in bathroom was soooo loud.

Pros: Personable staff; rooms were spacious; coffee was hot & available (until it ran out!!)

Cons: Unfortunate to find out the elevator was out for almost 3 weeks; it worked again as we loaded the car to leave. We're capable of climbing to the 3rd floor, but it would have been much easier had the elevator been working properly.

Cons: It looked like a lot of drug activities outside the hotel and some of them stayed at that hotel..don't want my children exposed to that. We came with 4 families to enjoy the water park nearby so we all booked rooms which we will never or recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Elevator wasn't working and the grab and go breakfast was awful.

Cons: Room wasn’t ready when we wanted to check in, only accepted cash and had to wait a long time to talk to someone at the front desk

Pros: The girl on in the morning was very nice.

Cons: The first room had no toilet that was working put us in an already occupied room, the last room had roaches. Plus when you checked in cash only and a $50.00 deposit--went to McDonald's for breakfast because all the bananas were dark brown. Don't stay here for any reason.

Cons: I like the location just wish the services were better I forgot I asked for towels she didn't know where they were so I didn't get him until the following day when I asked again

Cons: The toilet is 10 inches off the ground, try setting on that.I ask for a handicapped room this was not,the carpet in the room was torn in several places. The spa was empty and full of leaves, the pool was closed at 5:30 the hottest time of the day(104).

Pros: Absolutely nothing. The worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Cons: The hotel staff was rude, obnoxious and prejudice. They should not be working in the hospitality industry.

Cons: The door to the hotel room would not close fully was loose looked like someone tried to break in to it door frame was broken. Television did not work no cable and the Tv remote had expired batteries that had exploded. Dresser that tv was on top had a missing drawer and sink was clogged.
