Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its friendly and attentive service, enjoyable breakfast, and pleasant atmosphere. Many highlight the beautiful architecture, well-maintained interiors, and excellent dining experiences. However, several guests were disappointed by the closure or extra charges for the pool and spa facilities, as well as issues with value for price, outdated amenities, and occasional problems with room comfort or internet. Overall, the positives in service and ambiance stand out, though improvements are needed in wellness offerings and transparency.
