The flight was very cold, and the seats were rather uncomfortable. The food has been better on our other SAS experiences. Most significantly, the luggage with most of my wife's personal items and clothes didn't make the flight. Hoping for a quick resolution, but no real opportunity to speak with a Human has us concerned.

One of our bags was never put on the flight in Copenhagen. Now that we're home in the USA, my wife is still without most of her clothes and personal items as she returns to work this week. Hoping for a quick resolution, but there seems to be little chance of speaking with an actual person in the process.

Considered to be the largest airline in Scandinavia, SAS has its headquarters in Sweden and flies to over 123 different destinations throughout the world. If you will be flying with this airline, you can choose from three different travel classes, referred to as SAS Go, SAS Plus, and SAS Business.
