|Top route||Oslo Gardermoen to Trondheim Vaernes|
|Top airport||Oslo Gardermoen|
Extremely rude staff member at check in.
Luggage was damaged
Love the airline and I love the service onboard
It’s a 3 hour flight they should offer beverages and snacks
Food service was excellent. Seat legroom needs improvement.
The crew was great. Flight was over 2 hours late Economy seating is way too tight
Food was good. Flight attendants were friendly and helpful. We felt that a lot of the movies on board were old movies.
Easy and quick boarding. Flight departure was in time and we arrived 20 minuter before schedule. It was a nice flight.
More room, more choises on tv?
More water delivery and less time between meals. Good food and staff
Cons: SAS had simply cancelled the flight and is effectively unreachable for the refund.
Pros: Nothing much
Cons: The stewardess was rude and super pushy. It reminded us an old times of Ryanair
Pros: Crew was great
Cons: Boarding is a zoo. Boarding by row is faster.
Pros: Consistent SAS quality
Cons: Drinks expensive
Cons: The plane was small. It was a quick flight though.
Pros: The Crew was great. Friendly and attentive.
Cons: Very small seat. Had a big person next to me and was quite uncomfortable
Pros: Amazing crew, fast boarding.
Cons: Uninspired food. I was served the same meals 30 years ago.
Pros: Plane is clean and comfortable. Boarding was great.
Cons: Staff was lacy and rude to another customer. She told the passenger she wasn’t walking to the back of the plane to get her a paper cup.
Pros: The plane is clean and comfortable. The boarding was easy.
Cons: The staff on all SAS flights seem a little lazy.
Pros: Crew was great. Flight was clean.
Cons: I ordered vegan meals and only one of the meals were vegan. Someone had forgotten to bring the second meal for me on the plane.
Pros: The crew was very attentive.
Cons: The seats are tight and uncomfortable. Emirates and Singapore airlines have much more space in economy class. They also have better food. The worst new development is that you have to pay an additional charge if you want to sit together. That is pretty ridiculous for an international flight AND when you have a small child with you. I can see doing that on Ryan air, but that is pretty low for a Scandinavian airline. Scandinavians have a very strong sense of family.
Cons: Terrible to have to pay 70 Euros when you are an elite gold status member. And no mention of this during booking process and checkin unless you dig in deep via links. Not used to this with other airline partners and likely last time I am flying SAS
Pros: Ontime and efficient boarding with polite crew.
Cons: Nothing to improve. I slept the whole flight so couldn’t evaluate all aspects.
Pros: Crew was sour.
Cons: Crew could have been friendly.
Pros: The plane was nice and comfortable. The flight was only about 40 minutes.
Cons: Everything was fine. A very quick, easy flight at the end of a long day for me.
Pros: The flight itself was fine. We had a two-hour delay due to a mechanical issue, but the crew took care of it as quickly as they could.
Cons: It was just a relatively quick, unremarkable flight.
Cons: No food, no entertainment. Ridiculous!! Not even a damn sandwich!!
Pros: Crew on EWR to ARN was so-so. They lock restrooms at the back because they don't people hanging around the kitchen in the back. Also, the one cabin crew does not say Excuse Me when he needs to pass- he just touches you and pushes you aside Also, the one cabin crew
Cons: my first flight overseas. friendly staff. movies ..headphones..pillow and blankets included. 2 beverages included with meal. only downside was paying for checked bag. looks like that is included on the return flight so that won't be and issue on the way home. no issues with carryons.
Cons: It would be better if the plane was cleaned before boarding. The row where I was seated has potato chips all over the floor. Pls. clean your plane before boarding.
On board Scandinavian Airlines flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x40x23cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Scandinavian Airlines assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.

SAS is a founding member of Star Alliance, an airline group that is composed of many international companies, including Air Canada, Avianca, and United Airlines. The company also has codeshare agreements with several other airlines, such as EgyptAir, Lufthansa, and Swiss International Air Lines.
Out of the airline’s fleet that is composed of over 150 planes, almost all of them are either Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, or ATR. The Boeing 737-800 is the most commonly used by the company, as it is a comfortable option for middle-range flights and can fit up to 180 passengers. For longer flights that are between two different continents, SAS oftentimes uses the Airbus A350-900, a large jet airliner that can fit up to 300 passengers.
