Cons (-) They called me to inform me they did not have a room for me after it was all booked and confirmed. Nor did they make any attempt whatsoever at trying to find me other accommodations due to their error. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The customer service associate was rude and really had no care as to the situation they put me in.

Cons (-) Toilet barely worked. Door to bathroom was broken. Floor was dirty. Cabinets were old and worn.

Cons (-) They didnt want to give us an extra blanket, extra pillow, extra nothing. We stayed 3 days and they only gave us one roll of toilet Paper. When we asked for more they said they ran out and they're trying to get more.. I will never stay here again.
