The attention to customer service at this hotel was very much welcome and appreciated. I thoroughly enjoyed the gym and the pool and definitely encourage others to use the amenities while staying here.

Pros (+) The cleanliness of the room and that you can get more points for not having your room cleaned.
Cons (-) We were placed in the room right next to the elevator so we didn't get the best nights sleep. Kept hearing everyone talk, cell phones ringing and such.

Pros (+) The room was very clean and up to date. I like that there was both a bar and restaurant in the hotel. The location was very good.
Cons (-) As others have noted, the parking is problematic. The self-parking lot is across the street, and isn't a very good value. We had issues leaving with our room key card, but the response over the intercom was prompt and effective.

Pros (+) The customer service was very good and all the employees, with one exception, were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and there was a little sitting area with a big window and city view.
Cons (-) The pool was very small and stayed shaded almost all day. Even at noon only half of the pool had sun on it. In terms of the room there was no fan in the bathroom to help ventilation.
