Great location - everything is so close - museums, theatres, interesting tourism objects, restaurants and cafes, shopping possibilities. Nevsky prospect is in 5 minutes walking distance, Hermitage museum and Palace Square in about 30 minutes walking distance. Hotel is located in very beautiful historical building. And public transport is really close, too. For example, Dostoyevskaya and Vladimirskaya metro stations. Room was nice, with great view of SaintPetersburg rooftops. There are shower, toilet in the room. And you will find hairdryer here as well. In room is tv, but i never use it - most time spended exploring beautiful SaintPetersburg. There are elevator in the building. Breakfast are simple, but nice (bread, jam, butter, jogurt, musli, tea, coffee, milk, juice). At the breakfast room you can get coffe or tea 24h, there is microwave you can use, too. Wi-fi is very good. And of course, very helpfull, polite and nice staff.
Traffic noise from the streets (maybe some travelers will find that as problem).

The property is very centrally located especially if you want to experience the restaraunts/bar scene as Rubinsteina street is literally around the corner. The rooms are clean and well-maintained
The soundproofing is almost non-existent. You hear the cars on the street that is busy even at night + the people at the bars near the property with the windows shut and if anyone comes to the property. The hotel, as many other small hotels in Spb, is a refurbished apartment is an old apartment block, so you should not expect much from the stairs/entry
