Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to attractions, restaurants, and the waterfront. Spacious and well-decorated rooms were also appreciated by several guests. However, there were frequent complaints about the poor quality and limited variety of breakfast, inconsistent or unfriendly service, and significant noise issues from nearby bars and events. Some guests also mentioned problems with parking, amenities, and cleanliness. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's location and room comfort stood out as the main positives.

Pros (+) The hotel was the place to be on a Saturday evening. The place had an active night scene. The room was very nice, the food at the restaurant met my foodie tastes. An overall great stay.
Cons (-) That they didn't have coffee ready at 6 am on a weekend day..... ha

Pros (+) Small operation that goes above & beyond to make the stay memorable. The staff is awesome - they work hard to maintain their reputation. Great food & wine list. It's our favorite local hideaway for a staycation - the room service might as well be a dining experience in & of itself. The rooms are romantic - relatively regal for the price - you simply don't care to leave them.
Cons (-) It's no the fault of the facility - truly. You have to resign yourself to the fact that you are in a popular area - and there is a rooftop bar (The Canopy) at the hotel. The operations surrounding the place can get loud early - but nothing some music or TV can't drown out. If you're having the fun you should be - it won't be an issue.
