Cons: "The entertainment system kept resetting over and over throughout the flight. And drinks were served late in a not so comfortable temperature cabin. But everything else was ok"
Pros: "Boarded on time."
Cons: "After boarding the door was closed and the jet way was moved back. 5 minutes later they said they were going to bring the jet way back and open door to let more people on board. They broke 2 FAA regulations by doing this and we were delayed an hour because Deltas computer would not allow this."
Cons: "On my opinion Delta is one of the best airlines. Staff are friendly and they made me feel service. They are really nice and they.take care of been on time and anything you ask them they are there to answer. Great airline"

Cons: "I missed my outbound flight from Chicago to Dallas, and although I called to inform Delta, my return trip was cancelled and i did not find out until the day of my return to Chicago. When I called Delta to figure out what was going on, I was put on hold for two and a half hours. I'm not giving the flight a bad review, since I never got on the plane, but I'm disappointed with the accuracy and care for customers that I've experienced with Delta service. Delta was the first company I've ever flown with when I first started travelling when I was twelve years old, and it is unfortunate that I will probably never book with Delta again."
Pros: "I've done many flights this distance, and just take for granted that there will be entertainment. There wasn't."
Pros: "Unfortunately there were unavoidable delays due to weather but the staff gave regular updates and were very honest. Also, they brought out food and drinks for people bc they knew people wouldn't feel comfortable leaving the gate in case of changes. Staff handled the whole situation very well."
Westjet is an excellent airline. I am tall and there was more knee room than I have with other airlines. I will definitely choose Westjet again!
Cons: "There was absolutely nothing "first class" about this flight. Cramped seats, baggage fees, terrible boarding procedures... I've experienced better service on economy flights. Never again with Delta/Westjet."

Cons: "When tavelling with a child, which is always identified at the time of booking by providing child's age, every other airline was able to accommodate seating together. Even at the lowest fare class. Not Westjet, their automatic computer seating assignment gave us seats in separate rows !! When asked at the checkin and also again at the gate, we were told that the fare class that we paid for does not allow seat changes. They simply would not seat a parent and a child together unless we paid extra $25/person to change seats. This kind of gauging for money was shocking. Especially when there were 3 other rows behind us with free seats together !! This was clearly a case of wanting more money. At the lowest fare class parents travelling with children can expect the child to be sitting separately from them. Or pay up more."
Missed connecting flight. Booked to Orlando airport on the 8:40 flight. Boarded and sat inside the place for 4 hours without AC. Traveling with my elderly mom…if an agent would had even tried to get us home our experience would have been different. I have never experienced anything like this before! I would never travel with Air Canada again or through Toronto! I don’t know if you have ever received complaints about Air Canadá but the lack of customer service is unbelievable!
Oops they did it again. We boarded and had to sit on plane for 3 hours while they balanced some things. Kept promising that it’ll be in 15 min. Offered some water, Thats about it. And the emergency exit row I paid extra for was just a normal seat, no extra legroom.
Air Canada wants to get as much money out of you by forcing you to measure your carry on bags and even after it fit in they say "it should slide in and out so easily and yours did not". Shame.

Cons: "Air Canada try their best to charge you for anything and everything! Including services that I just take for granted on other airlines (such as entertainment). Never booking AC again"
Pros: "The flight was uneventful, lucked out with exit aisle."
Cons: "Boarding took way too long. Typically an airline will ask people to voluntarily check their overhead luggage free of charge if they know it's a full flight, not on this flight. Instead, they tried to get everyone to board with luggage in hand, then once they realized there was not enough space they asked people to hold on to their luggage while they came through the plane to tag it and stow it below - very inefficient and made the boarding process crazy as people tried to make their way around luggage that was sitting in the aisles."

Pros: "I purchased a ticket for my 18 year old dog $ 125.00 each way to fly with me to Kalispell and back. She is so old that she can not SEE, HEAR, or BARK any longer. I understood she needed to be under the seat for take off and landing but I was told by the ticket agent and flight attendants on my first flight that she could sit on my lap during the flight. Everything was great on the way there. On the returning flight,.... the flight attendant was so RUDE to me. She saw that after we were airborne and at a steady altitude, I brought my dog "Kacey" up into my lap. She immediately raised her voice and stated the dog needed to remain on the ground. I politely explained her condition BUT she refused to listen to anything. I put my poor old dog back under the seat. After approx 20 min I could hear her patting very loud. I lifted her again and asked a different flight attendant for some water. She was very hot on the floor. Or course, the flight attendant saw my little chihuahua drinking the water and said that after she drinks a little more, she must remain under the seat. By now, my husband is getting annoyed. He tried explaining to the flight attendant the medical needs that my dog has " she's on protein shakes" which were approved their security. and how fragile she is. She can't BARK, SEE, or HEAR. Yes, we will be putting her down soon but we took her to Montana for my daughter to say her GOODBYES!! Sorry to say, but that flight attendant has turned me away from UNITED AIR LINES forever. Feel free to call me 352-804-8344. You may send this to UNITED AIRLINES too!! Thanks Karen Hope"

Cons: "Lack of personal space is a fact of life for air travel unless one can afford the good seats. Plus, why do I always sit behind a crying, screaming child? I know it's no fun for anyone involved and it's just part of life, but maybe next time I'll be more fortunate. Flying in economy is truly like riding in a very big Greyhound Bus! It beats driving, but not by much. I wish trains were more plentiful and affordable."
Cons: "Boarding by group is ridiculous. Should be back of the plane people after kids & wheelchairs. One small bag of pretzels & a cup of drink. JetBlue gives many choices of snacks & whole can of drink. DirecTv - $7.99, JetBlue is free. We were a party of 3 that picked our seats to be together. Got to the airport & our seats were split up by desk clerk & she didn't even inform us of seat assignment change. She also put 2 of us in the Exit row without informing us. Did not know we were assigned to Exit row until we boarded. Our overhead bins were full with other passengers carryons. This should not be. Why can't passengers use their own overhead bins. Stewardess would not help us, she said find a spot up front, if not you'll have to check carryons. Terrible."
