Pros:Staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and well maintained.
Cons:Facility is starting to show some wear but overall a good value for the money.
Cons:I tried to call the hotel direct so I could use my reward points but no one would ever pick up the phone. I now cannot get rewards because I had to book online. This stinks
Pros:I was amazed by the breakfast selection.
Cons:No elevator. We were given a second floor room, and with kids, had lots of stuff to carry up.
Pros:This motel was not far from I-70, which was a plus. Breakfast was sufficient, varied, and well stocked. The room looked fine, and the bed was pretty comfortable. We arrived late but were checked in without a problem. The motel has a pool, which we did not use.
Cons:There was a very strong, unpleasant smell in the room. I'm not sure what it was--mold, or maybe something to cover up the mold? It made me cough quite a bit and left a scratchy feeling in my throat even several hours after we had left the motel. The motel was almost sold out, and we arrived very late, so I didn't ask to change rooms, but the smell was overwhelming and very harsh. For that reason alone, I am hesitant to stay here again.
Pros:Had a nice, big room. A little worn, but clean and in good condition overall. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great! It's nothing fancy, but perfect when I just need a place to stay when I'm on the road.
Pros:Low price, good location
Cons:Furniture worn, carpet needs cleaned, bathroom exhaust fan was hanging down unsecured to the ceiling. Entire facility was getting run down and needs updating. It looks like they bought an old super eight and haven't put any effort into updating just keep things working to minimal standards.
