Good, for the money.
I liked the price. Overall, it was clean and the staff were helpful and nice.
The room was non-smoking, but still smelled like cigarettes. They pictures on the internet are misleading.
Room was good but the bed not comfortable
The air conditioning wasn't working, the room was to hot with a bad smell

Pool had large waterslide. This convention hotel badly needs refurbished to remain viable
Lumpy matresses. Barely any warm water. Breakfast subpar

First room had mold all over the carpet and smell musty he switches to another room which had no air conditioning out of the box fan I was never so ready to get out of there had it not been 9 o'clock and I was tired I would have went somewhere else and cancelled and ask for money back and will never stay there again
Gross condition of bed
Location was convenient.
The condition of the bed was gross. The bed was littered with stains and pubic hairs.
This was by far the worst part of my vacation this weekend. The picture of the room on the website is very nice, but I am pretty sure that the room in the photo is the only room in the entire conference center/hotel that has been remodeled in the last 40 years. My room was very dirty and looked like an abandoned scene from an apocalypse movie. There were dark spots all over the walls in the bathroom and main room (looks like scuff marks from shoes?), one of the lampshades was broken, 3 of the 4 lamps were not in working order, the bathroom door was so broken it wouldn't even close, the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were falling apart, the bedding felt damp and smelled of mildew, the A/C vent to the room and the vent in the bathroom were both completely coated in what looked like some sort of mold. I was honestly afraid to touch anything in the room.
The value, atmosphere, amenities, and staff were all wonderful, it is a very cool hotel indoors. I wish we would have had time to go down the water slide!
The breakfast was terrible, and the carpet was sticky in the room.

Large Room, accomidating for wedding and reception, Bar crew very friendly and karaoke on Friday night before wedding was fun.
Outdated, Calcium build-up on shower head, A/C would not get room nice and cool seemed to be froze up someone turned ac to full cold and had been running on high. May have froze up ac since would not blow cold air, luckily it was not that hot outside. Older facility with higher prices that competitor 100 yards away with modern rooms and large/larger rooms. Went for wedding, only reason stayed there. Place overall seemed dirty and from 1970.
Bed was usable, sheets were clean.
Staff was terrible - told us we only had one room when we had booked two, would not even look to correct it until I started calling kayak. This was after i has called and verified the week before. Didn't have rooms ready, has to wait for cribs we had previously requested. Rooms and hallways has mold visible, and last remodel was in 1980 apparently. Worst room I've stayed in ever, very seriously.
