Pros (+) The location wasn't bad, it was about 20 minutes from the river walk. The facility was updated and very comfortable. The beds were firm but not uncomfortable. It had a great kitchenette with a full fridge, stove top, and microwave.
Cons (-) The thermostat was broken so it was either on full blast or off. We would have to get it pretty frozen in the room then turn it off for a bit. they only provided a few towels for a family of 5.
