Pros (+) Downtown location.
Cons (-) Packed full of families with small children during Covid pandemic, no coffee in lobby, towels were scarce. Creepy homeless panhandlers roaming the parking lots. Very noisy, With too many dogs Who barked incessantly and screaming children in the pool 12+ hours per day.

Pros (+) Room was roomy and comfortable, Bed was firm and comfy. Location close to downtown, within walking distance (1/2 mile) to river walk and a about a mile to El Alamo or the Market. No need to drive. Parking in San Antonio downtown is expensive. You can take the bus near the hotel, and get off in two stops, but no need to drive unless you go to the Missions or the caverns.
Cons (-) Breakfast was average, nothing to praise or complain about. Elevator was noisy.

Pros (+) Fast check in and out, very friendly helpful staff. Recently renovated, tastefully decorated lobby, large clean room, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Included breakfast is very nice, fresh hot foods, healthy choices. Restaurant is clean, roomy with comfortable seatings. Location is quiet, yet accessible. Pros (+) The bed was definitely big enough. Big room overall
Cons (-) There were ants all over our room. At first it was two, I then started noticing them all over our room and a few in the bed the night before checkout. They were in the process of renovating the building, and failed to mention it when I called to confirm my room. Parking was horrible.
